Vacation at Beach

This was a great place to stay with private pier. We loved our morning and evening walks on the pier. We saw lots of shark a d other creatures. The water was great too. Loved it!

Very nice !

Very clean, had everything we needed- very modern and kept up. Patio furniture probably needs to be replaced but it was fine. We had an issue with the code to get in, but we gave them a call and within 5 minutes we were in. First time there and definitely will be back !

Very nice condo. Well appointed and clean. I thought there were too many fees attached to this rental. I booked but did not like paying three service fees, parking fee, large cleaning fee.

Would love to return and park both vehicles.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The unit was beautiful! We wished we would have known about the fishing pier and brought along some fishing gear! We also wish there would have been a bar-b-que grill on the property, but that is no deal- breaker by any means.. Having only one parking spot for a 3 bedroom unit was a huge hassle and an added expense.

Spring Break 2024

We came during an uncertain weather time and the 2 days which we could’ve enjoyed by the pool, the indoor and outdoor pool were closed. I contacted the listing staff and was told everything was open despite photos I sent. They were doing repairs to the tile around the pools and then painting the surface around the pool the next day. After that it was rainy for the remainder of our trip. The rooms was nice and relaxing but the amenities were not upfront or describe as being closed during our rental

Very nice property

First, I want to say that Southern Vacations was great to work with. Nice amount of communication from beginning to end. Very responsive in all cases. Nice job. The condo was very nice. I liked the way it was laid out with the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. The view was amazing! I was there in January and I could see the sunrise and sunset from the same window. Really cool. We saw dolphins and a shark from the window. The pier was a nice surprise too. The beach was quiet and so was the condo. Only heard a neighbor once, during the day. Of course, nothing is perfect. I think it's time to replace several of the chairs in the unit and on the deck. The unit is not very convenient to an airport and there are no great flights to and from Minnesota. The indoor pool is pretty lame. There are no chairs around it and it didn't feel welcoming at all. There was no easy access to recycling. Hate throwing recycling in the trash. Back on the positive side, the kitchen is well equipped (except for a pizza knife) and there is a Publix just blocks away. Several decent restaurants close by too. Would I stay there again? If I didn't have to go to the airport multiple times, I'd stay there again. Maybe not in January (just not that warm), but the unit was great. I really enjoyed my stay there and Southern made it completely painless.

Privacy is not respected.

The property was nice but there were light bulbs out in two of the bathrooms and there was mold in all three bathrooms. There were also painters on the balcony three of the five weekdays which kept us from using the balcony at all. They left it messy and never cleaned up. We never knew when these painters were going to be there or for how long. It was an inconvenience to our anticipated restful vacation! Someone from the Four Seasons staff used their key to open our front door on two occasions without knocking of letting us know they were coming. This was very unsettling and not appreciated!

Great property with gorgeous views !

This property was a stunner ! The management team was helpful and responsive as well. My only complaint was the parking situation due to construction ! Only one pass for a three bedroom condo, but you can’t really do much about that.
