The property is located in a quiet residential area with lot of greenery around. You will be woken up by chirping birds in the morning and also get to view the birds.
Guests can look forward to get a feeling of a home away from their homes with personal touch. The morning can be with a cup of coffee on the terrace and probably sighting birds. And for couples, they can order for a candle light dinner with typical local cuisines. There is a library where guests could just laze reading.
There are lot of theme restaurants around and there are a variety of local foods that the guests should try. The beach is just 5 km away and the famous Kappad serene beach where Vasco Da Gama landed is 15 km away and a place to visit. The Beypore beach is historical, where they make the traditional wooden boats and also this beach connects to the Chaliar river a must sight to see and have a nice boat ride. Other attractions local site tours and local shopping can be arranged at request. The Kerala handloom house is full of handicrafts where guests can pick a souvenir.
