Très bien

Tout s'est bien passé. La maison est conforme au descriptif. Bien située, à proximité des points d'intérêt d'Audierne. Confortable et très correctement équipée. Accueil très bon. Nous recommandons.

Abritel ne référence pas correctement le bien. La maison manque de finition et pas à niveau pour une location de ce prix. Murs laissés bruts depuis la construction, qualité de la litterie plus que moyenne, équipements décevants (mis à part les volets roulants au top)... Les propriétaires conservent des pièces et une partie du buffet pour leur usage personnel. Salon de jardin cassé à notre arrivée, de piètre qualité et un système de parasol non stable (donc dangereux). La personne en charge du bien fait de son mieux même si le linge de maison a du être remplacé 2 fois.. pas sérieux. Ce bien repondait a nos critères pour une semaine de vacances en famille. Les espaces de vie sont bien, le garage pratique même si la porte pouvait se bloquer. Pas de caution versée, pas d'état des lieux... Surprenant comme gestion.
