Villa GALITZINE - 200 mètres Croisette

Very well located house of 300sq meters, just a few steps from the famous Croisette and the beaches. The property has been completely renovated in 2024 with highg quality materials. It includes 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, salon (TV), 3 independents toilets but 4 at the total, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwaves, dish washer, fridge, washing machine, dryer...). There is also a nice garden to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner or even just to chill.

The house was build for a Russian princess early 20th century, and still have the charming style.

The house is divided in 4 levels :
- Ground floor : one bedroom with a double bed, an independent toilet, 1 bathroom with shower.
- Level 0 : kitchen fully equipped, living room, dining room, independent toilet. There is also an independent bedroom (no aircon) with a single bed and it's shower and toilets.
- Level 1: Salon with one single bed, a bathroom with toilet and another bedroom with double bed (connecting room).
- Level 2 : Master bedroom with king size bed and its bathroom, an independent toilet, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with a shower, bedroom with king size bed, laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Très belle maison, spatieuse et propre

La maison était parfaite. Bien équipée pour la cuisine, une grande table pour manger tous ensembles. Plusieurs espaces de convivialité permettent de pouvoir se réunir au même endroit dans la maison lorsque l'on est nombreux. Les chambres et salles de bain étaient propres. Les lits faits et du gel douche et shampoing à disposition. Le jardin est petit mais très agréable et bien ensoleillé durant une bonne partie de la journée. Merci, nous avons passé un très bon week-end !

Cette maison est idéalement située pour aller à la plage ou au palais des festivals : elle est spacieuse, offre 3 espaces nuit très distincts pour faire un ou plusieurs petits comités ! tous les espaces de détente sont très appréciables pour échanger dans 4 dynamiques (3 salons et une table salle à manger), tout était parfait et hyper propre ...
