Beautiful gulf front, amazing views. Walk to Pier Park.

2 master suites, 1 king,1 queen, bunkroom, with queen sofa sleeper, sleeps 6.With beautiful ocean front views of the Gulf of Mexico.
When you walk into the Tidewater unit#1811 you will be amazed at the immediate stunning views of the emerald coast. The king master is on your left, with bathroom that has tub and shower, the queen master is on the right, with bathroom that has a shower. Moving down the hall is the bunkroom that provides the feeling of a 3rd bedroom with full bathroom. Across the hall is the washer and dryer so no need to overpack.

The newly updated kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. It has granite counter tops and tile backsplash, with new high-end stainless-steel appliances in our home. The living room has a spacious floor plan. It includes a sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, and a large flat screen TV. The dining area is a great space for meals or playing games.

The floor to ceiling sliders open up to the balcony where you have your coffee and watch for dolphins, manatees, and other sea life.

Tidewater on Panama City Beach resides on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with more than 200 yards of sugar white sands and emerald green water.

The resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, 1 with a Tiki Bar, 2 hot tubs, 1 heated indoor pool, roman spas, steam and sauna rooms, and a gulf front 4000 plus sq. foot fitness center. There is a game room for the kids, a 70 person movie theater, media center, and multi level covered parking garage. There is also an onsite restaurant with daily happy hours and a seasonal beach store with Starbucks, snacks, and sundries.

Family Vacation 2024

The condo was amazing and very clean! We took our family vacation (me, my husband, our 1 year old and my parents) to Florida for the first time and this was the perfect location! It is within walking distance to local attractions and restaurants, but we ended up driving everywhere due to current construction leaving the sidewalks inaccessible. The condo was very nice and the resort is very clean and secure. The elevators were very slow at times, but we expected this traveling during peak season! The owners were fantastic with updating us on things around the resort and local swim warnings! We definitely plan to return in the future!

Wonderful

The condo was great. I worried it may be noisy because it’s on a busy street and the actual condo was right in front of the elevator. Neither were issues and it was very quiet. The hosts were very responsive and great to communicate with. I will be back next year.

Great condo

After a 16 Hour drive from Chicago, we were so happy that when we opened the door, we had the most spectacular view of the beautiful blue ocean. My family of five stayed at this condo, and we had more than enough room for us all. Everything was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was great that each room had their own private bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, bakeware, and cookware. The only thing I brought was my Keurig since there was only a regular coffee maker there. Condo came with beach chairs that we were able to take on the beach each day. Even though the condo is directly across from the elevators, there was never an issue with noise. The biggest con to the tidewater resort is the elevator situation. Be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes for an elevator. This is our third year spending spring break in Panama City Beach. In the past we stayed at resorts on the opposite end. I really like this location -Tidewater resort is walking distance to Pier Park. Traffic can be really heavy and it was easier to walk than take the car. Parking was fairly easy. There is an extra $48 that you have to pay for parking and wristbands. We had an absolutely fantastic time. We would definitely stay at this particular condo again. Steve and Angie were great with all communications.

Girl’s Trip

The actual condo was nice! We enjoyed the cleanliness and nice accommodations. Our group was not impressed with the way you had to get from place to place. The elevators we not efficient, getting luggage rack was a pain, parking was often difficult, and several of the workers were not friendly at all. Even though the condo was nice, I do not see us returning to Tidewater.

Awesome Experience!

This vacay was an annual Girls Trip that my friends and i have taken for over 20 years. We determined this to be the best condo ever! The floors, kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils, and bathrooms had plentiful towels and tissue. We especially appreciated no carpets or rugs holding the leftover dirt of previous renters! The decor was pretty and relaxing, and all the beds were comfy. I would love to stay here again!

My family and I stayed for a week in this amazing condo. Absolutely stunning view off the balcony, convenient location, clean and very accommodating. I have no complaints. Ocean in your back yard. Pools on each side of you. Walking distance to Pier Park. The condo was stocked with supplies that got us through nearly the whole week we were there. The owners checked in consistently; very impressive. I have not a bad thing to say about our beautiful week spent in this condo in beautiful Panama City Beach! Book your stay, you won’t regret it!!

Great location on the beach!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Tidewater! We enjoyed the proximity and views of the ocean. The teens enjoyed being close to Pier Park. It was great having 3 separate bathrooms in the condo, since we had 4 teenage girls in the group. It was spring break, so the elevators were slow. The tips in the guest book were helpful, and it didn't put a huge damper on our trip. It just required a little more patience.

Everything was wonderful!

Great Condo

The condo was clean, spacious and with very easy access to the beach. I loved the inside pool! I loved how close it was to everything!! It was so easy to jump in the car and run to Walmart or restaurants. I loved that there was a Starbucks and a store in the building. It was so easy to run and grab a coffee while sitting on the beach. I loved that you were only able to get on property with a bracelet. Made me feel very secure. All the appliances in the condo were up to date and super easy to use. Beds supper comfy!! The only issue was waiting for the elevator but since our condo was directly across from it, it definitely made it more convenient getting on and off! I can honestly go on and on about I much I enjoyed my trip. I would definitely stay here again!!!

AMAZING!!

Too many things to list!!! All great things none bad!!! Very responsive owners. The condo was spotless on arrival smelled excellent! The owners provide you with extras like chairs and a beach umbrella so no need to go and spend money on your own and have to worry about packing them up to leave. Beautiful condo all the way around…by far the best experience we’ve had vacationing! I would recommend this condo to anyone asking to stay in Panama City beach. Great owners!!!!

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay. The resort has good amenities and we enjoyed being able to spend frequent, short trips to the beach. Beach access was very easy. This made all the difference for our kids. While the resort was good, the owners were exceptional. They made sure we had all the information we needed, texted us to ensure everything was good and gave us updates regarding the resort. We would absolutely stay at any of their properties again.

Perfect place to stay

First time using a VRBO and will do so again. Our place was perfect! Spacious, fantastic view, tons of amenities, super thoughtful and friendly owners. The place had absolutely everything! Chairs for the beach, games, movies and books, coolers, beach drink holders, beach mat and umbrella, everything you could ask for. And chairs & table to sit outside on the balcony. I love that each sleeping area had its own bathroom! Fantastic for the teens needing their own space. Everything was in walking distance. There is a lot of construction currently underway that looks like it will provide more pedestrian walkways. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater!!! The condo was amazing, very clean had everything you needed. The chairs and umbrella was a great extra!!! Angie and her husband were excellent hosts. They communicated with us throughout our stay making sure everything was going well. We definitely would stay again!!!

Just as nice as last time

This is our second time staying in this unit and it was just as nice as the first time around. It’s very spacious, has great views, and is very convenient to pier park.
