With 1500 square feet of deck space, great for lounging in the day bed or bbq’n .The view reaches from Powell river to Comox and all the way down the Salish sea. The house also has full solar power and a back up generator, outdoor dining, lounge chairs and high speed internet. Garnet point is located in between south beach and Patricia crescent beach. The store and pub are a 5 minute walk.
