This cottage has a privileged location: it is located about 1.5 km from sandy beaches and at the same time enjoys a countryside environment since it is located in the heart of a wooded property of 9000 m², opposite by the sea, on the hillside, offering a breathtaking and panoramic view of the sea.

Close to all amenities, less than 1 km from Ile Rousse and 22 from Calvi, in Haute-Corse, you can easily shine on all this beautiful and famous micro-region that is Balagne. You will discover sandy beaches bathed in turquoise blue water. You will pierce the soul of the Balanin villages by traversing their alleys and discovering their architecture, and their craftsmen. The "inter-village" path passes near the property. Back at the cottage, you can admire the sunsets over the sea.

On a closed property (barrier with code), it is a lodging located on the floor of a building which includes 3 other lodgings (each one has its independent entrance). It is composed as follows:
