The house is a traditional mas from the region which is over a century old, situated on a plot of almost 2 hectares.
Part of the plot is currently cultivated by a barroux winemaker, and covered with vines. On the side of the house, a large part of the land is sloping, covered with a small forest.
The house is located in the middle of this green setting, surrounded by vineyards and forest. The view of the castle is a real delight, from morning to evening, where the sun comes to set on the castle. In the morning, through the bedroom windows, or while having breakfast on the terrace, you can admire the sunrise over Mont Ventoux.
You can live life as it seems pleasant to you, relax and indulge in idleness.
The house has just been renovated, while respecting the traditional side of the region.

A large open kitchen and dining area of 35m2 joins the large living room of 35m2 as well, both on the ground floor, overlooking the garden and terrace.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with a private bathroom with a large shower and sink. A large 10m2 bathroom with corner bath and rain shower. Two toilets. The house can easily accommodate 3 couples, or 2 couples with children.
One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a Queen size bed, and one bedroom with twin beds. One of the bedrooms is currently equipped with an additional baby cot.
The garden around the house is pleasantly decorated with century-old olive trees and oleanders.
Below, sheltered from the wind and looks, a very large swimming pool of 6m by 12m, with pit will allow you to cool off and have fun. A "beach" allows you to enjoy the freshness of the water without the need to swim.
The house will be at your entire and exclusive disposal, as will the garden and the swimming pool.
In each room you will find dressers available for your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need to do whatever the region inspires you.
You can park the car (s) in the driveway to the house.
We are at your disposal before and during your stay for any questions relating to the house or the surroundings.
We will not be there, but we have people who can respond to your requests. A person will be there to welcome you and will be available if necessary during your stay. She will also take care of the cleaning of the swimming pool and its maintenance. She lives in Barroux and will be a few minutes away if necessary.
A security deposit of 1000 will be deposited on your arrival, which will be returned to you upon your departure.
Cleaning before your departure is compulsory it will be carried out by a cleaning lady, to be paid directly.
Rental of bed linen and towels is free.
