Just imagine the wildlife, fresh air, and relaxation you will experience while staying at Eagles Nest. You might even be tempted to play a
round of golf and tee off from the front yard! Whatever you do, you will have the chance to gather, grill, take in some well needed downtime, and enjoy your favorite beverage in the fresh mountain air.

This four-bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury home will accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. It has a multilevel layout which gives privacy and depth to the whole feel. It even has custom-built bunk beds in the loft for the kiddos to have their own space or for other friends and family to have their own crash pad. This home is perfect for a family or friends getaway!

During your stay you will enjoy free Wifi and cable TV. You will have use of the washer and dryer as needed. Feel free to make a delicious meal for a crowd in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy cooking on the outdoor grill. Parking for up to 4 cars is available, plus the use of the garage is an added bonus! Eagles Nest Stay

We had 8 adults and 4 children, and this place accommodated us wonderfully. The beds were very comfy, very nice dinner table able to handle 15 and nice spacious kitchen. The family room was spacious with very comfortable couches.

Excellent!!

Perfect house for bigger groups. We had 11 people, 5 kids & 6 adults. The kids loved the bunk beds!! We spent Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was very well stocked for things we needed to use to prepare our large meal. Communication with host was very quick and helpful! Thanks for a fantastic place to stay!!

Plenty of room and great location with a wonderful view! For the number of guests, however, supplies such as towels, wash cloths, etc were limited for our family of 10. We had to either do laundry and/or buy more - which we did both. Also, some of the kitchen supplies were out of date. Overall, it is a nice place for a family gathering!

8 guys rented this for a hiking trip. Located in a good spot in town away from tourists. The views at night were awesome and the house was as advertised. I would rent this again.

The views from the deck and almost every window were spectacular. The location provided a quick and easy drive to almost all of our destinations. Last but not least, the house perfectly fitted our family and their needs. Great vacation and experience! Inaccurate information about distance from downtown, Stanley hotel etc. Car Dependent.

The house is amazing and very comfortable. The elk, deer, hummingbirds are abundant and can easily be seen from the porch. The distance listed on VRBO to attractions is wrong. This is not walkable to any of the locations listed. This house is managed by PMI management. Communication was poor and very slow to respond.

This property has the perfect layout when traveling with extended family. Lots of room to spread out and large living space for everyone to hang together. Nice quiet location but still close to shops and dining.

Loved this place. We say hundreds of elk each day. The house was wonderful. We didn’t understand that the bunk area was in a loft and not in a room. It was somewhat difficult for the littles to go to sleep when the adults were still up downstairs.

Making Family Memories

We had a wonderful time in Estes and Eagle's Nest was a perfect place to relax and make memories with family. The property was very clean and the grandkids loved watching the elk and deer right from the deck. The property was well stocked with everything you could need. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Wedding vacation

We had a great stay. The pictures online were a little deceptive as it appeared the property was somewhat isolated but in reality it is in a residential neighborhood where we were right in between two house very closely. We were also very surprised to get a $25 fee for a trash pick up when we called to get the trash pick ip early. As we were trying to adhere to the trash rules put into place and the signs around the house said nothing about a fee, but rather to just call when a trash pick up is needed. We would have also preferred more towels as the house holds a lot of people and need to wash them constantly. The positives where that the house was very well furnished in the kitchen and living areas. There were lots of games for the family to play. There were a lot of extra blankets and PLENTY of seating which was a huge plus for our big group. The wrap around deck with seating was amazing and used daily. The fridge with the built in water and ice was the nice.

We had more than enough space in this gorgeous cabin. Every room was decorated well and had comfy furniture. We also enjoyed watching a large herd of elk from our balcony!

Beautiful Cabin NO air-conditioning

The property is gorgeous and the space was perfect for me and my family! We ran into a few issues, the bathrooms were still dirty (hair all over the floors) no air-conditioning (we were told to put fans in the windows in 90° weather) and the wifi information was wrong! Other than those things, we had a great time and made wonderful memories.
