Es war wider einmal ein toller Urlaub.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus hatte alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und zu unserer Zeit war sie sehr ruhig. Besonders haben wir uns über die "Erstausstattung" im Kühlschrank gefreut. Sehr aufmerksam!

Great stay - already booked for next year
The villa is quiet, peaceful and private which is what we wanted as well as having a row of good shops and restaurants a five minute walk away good if we didn't want to cook or venture far for dinner at night. The en-suite bathroom sometimes had a bad smell of drains, but it didn’t spoil our holiday. Santi was an excellent host and responded very quickly to any queries. The villa was easy to find and access with the key code provided in advance of our stay. Having arrived we were greeted with a great welcome pack to start us off - great as we arrived late. Many thanks Santi, can’t wait for next year.

Villa was clean and comfortable although there was a smell from drains but this dispersed after a day of using bathrooms. The only criticism would be the pool tile stickers around the edge are peeling off and look very untidy they need removing completely or replacing.

Nice villa in a good location with a safe for valuables
The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Access to the villa is via key safe and directions are very easy to follow. There are some good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk away. The `internet is very good and the villa has a wide range of English speaking channels available. The kitchen has a wide range of cooking utensils and crockery available. The pool was clean and warm being heated in June. The outside area needs some attention especially in relation to some floor tiles around the pool where some have suffered from erosion. Also the sun beds will need replacement at some point as there are splits in the slats but they can still be used. A big bonus was that the villa had a safe for valuables which is not listed in the property details. All in all a nice villa with just a few improvement points which is very much offset by the very competitive rental rate. Also communication with the host was excellent.

Lovely stay !
Love the area of Faro Park, nice and quiet. Short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. You can also get a bus into Playa Blanca town or down to the marina for €1.40. Lovely to have a welcome pack to arrive to ! Good communication with Santi. Pool and pool area need a bit of TLC, but didn’t stop us making good use of it. We would stay again.

Overall the villa is acceptable and we enjoyed our stay in the villa,but it is in need of some attention to the pool and sunlounger and cushions .while they did not spoil our stay,they would of improved our overall opinion .

Love this villa!
Lovely villa. Well equipped Kitchen. Sat outside throughout our stay as the covered outdoor seating area is so nice. Love the heated outdoor pool. Faro Park is a lovely quiet development. Its a short walk down to the shops/pubs/restaurants and similarly down to the sea(no beach) Good bus sevice to Playa Blanca only 1 euro 40, although the 4 of us got a taxi back and it cost same as 4 busfares!

Great holiday, Faro park a great base to get round the island, Playa Blanca a really nice part of the island, Got to the property and one toilet broken, fixed within 24 Hours, no problem, the property was clean and tidy and a comfortable place to stay, pool needs a bit of TLC but a nice temperature to swim in, my only real observation is the settee cousins need replacing as uncomfortable and a bit of TLC outside. Other than that, the property is a nice property. Would I stop there again Yes.

A nice house with a great outdoor area and restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We had 3 days in this house and spent almost all of the time outdoors and in the heated pool. Easy communication with the host via the VRBO app. The house is starting to look a bit tired and could use a little TLC - But, the price is very fair, so you get what you pay for.

Nice villa
Very nice villa in most respects. Lovely pool, comfy bed and good showers. Only 2 things need addressing 1) the fridge was barely cool so we had to keep swapping things between the fridge and the freezer (which was excellent). 2) the cushions on the sofa and the easy chair need changing as they are as flat as pancakes and soon get uncomfortable. Other than that overall a lovely place to spend a holiday.

C'est la 10ème fois que nous allons à Lanzarote mais la 1ère fois dans cette charmante villa, loin du centre, du port et de Marina rubicon, mais proche de la mer et de la belle promenade du phare jusqu'à playa blanca centre. Arrêt de bus à proximité si vous ne louez pas de voiture. La villa est parfaite si on recherche le calme, le confort et l'intimité. Nous y retournerons...

The apartment is great. Compliments on the equipment of the apartment with small things for everyday life (aluminum foil, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, washing machine and dishes...) The pool is heated daily, clean and during the stay cleaned by the maintenance service.

Great villa, communication with Santi was spot on. Villa had all amenities you could want and beautiful pool area. Welcome pack was a lovely surprise and appreciated it had all provisions to set you off on your stay. No air con in villa but fans a welcome addition and were completely adequate. Location to Faro park restaurants and bars you could not get any heater. 5* would definitely return Thanks again

good comunications with owner and villa mgt ,the pool area is need of some tlc,but it did not stop us enjoying it.It is a proper size pool .the villa would benefit from air conditioning or at the least ceiling fans.All in all we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

Amazing family holiday
We had a great time, lovely villa smelt lovely when we walked in everything clean , some lovely items left for us like essentials coffee water bread butter biscuits and more, area was nice and quite and clean some shops and restaurants down the road, bus stop and taxi ranks there but never any taxis we found it really hard trying to get a taxi so decided to hire a car beach and more shops and restaurants within a 6 min drive , only bad thing i could say about our stay is the pool had some sand at the bottom when we arrived and the stickers round the pool are coming off which makes it look dirty , also i dont think the pool was cleaned the whole time we was there, i did write that on the form when we left, didnt affect our stay we had a great time and would definitely come back

Hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Ich kann mich den guten Rezensionen nur anschließen. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Faro de Pechiguera und damit relativ weit außerhalb des Ortskerns. Trubel ist hier nicht, es ist sehr ruhig. Gleichwohl hat man zwei Supermärkte, -eher recht gut sortierte Tante-Emma-Läden- in wenigen Minuten Fußmarsch, dort finden sich auch Gaststätten und Restaurants in allerdings übersichtlicher Zahl sowie eine Bushaltestelle. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine sehr praktische Parkbucht, wir mieten immer ein Auto, was sich bewährt hat. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem breiteren Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten, ferner zwei Bäder. Der große Wohnraum ist über eine Durchreiche mit der Küche verbunden. In der Küche Kühl-/Gefrierkombi von Bosch und kleinere Hoover-Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine im separatem Raum. Über die Terrassentür im Wohnraum und eine Seitentür in der Küche kommt man in den wirklich tollen und großzügigen Außenbereich mit hoher Mauer. Man merkt dem Haus zwar die Jährchen an, die es auf dem Buckel hat, und hie und da würde man sich etwas mehr Ausstattung (Küche) wünschen, aber das ist völlig schnuppe. Pool- und Grillbereich sind klasse und man kann 2x überdacht draußen sitzen oder am Tisch beim Grill. Kleinere Probleme wurden sofort behoben, der Austausch mit dem Eigner war schnell und freundlich. Wir waren mehrfach auf Lanzarote und mieten nur Häuser, aber dieses hier ist auf Grund des Gesamtpakets unser Favorit. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub!

Relaxing stay
This is the second time that we have stayed in this villa. It’s in a quiet residential area but just a few minutes walk to a couple of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a bus stop with buses every half an hour that take you into the main resort for €1.40. It’s also just a few minutes from a lively walk along the coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
