Great accommodations

Perfect accommodations for 5 adults and 3 teenage boys! Clean and close to the pool and the beach! Quick prompt communication with staff when needed. Only downside was one of the bikes provided was stolen from infront of our house while we were home. Which is a bit unsettling!

Family beach vacation

The home was spacious and nicely appointed for our family of 5 adults and one 11month old. Convenient walk to the pool but the beach was across the street and getting all of our things to the beach was a headache. We had brought a tent and a wagon only to learn that neither of these are allowed. So we had go go purchase umbrellas because the beach service price was ridiculous. A word of caution— this beach is overcrowded and everyone was packed in like sardines. It was not pleasant so we only went to the beach one day and stayed at the pool the rest of the time. If you want chairs at the pool for your family, make sure you get there before 9:30 am or you will more than likely not get one. It has been a few years since we stayed on 30A but it has gotten way too crowded. We will opt to stay in less crowded areas hence forth. As far as the house, there are a few things worth mentioning. Our ice maker was not working and the property manager immediately sent someone to look at it. When he couldn’t fix it, he went and got us 2 bags of ice. The porch swing was too low and did not swing , so we were unable to enjoy that. The showers were nice with good water pressure. One thing that we all agreed on was that the home didn’t get cool enough for comfortable sleeping. The thermostat will not go lower than 68 degrees and everyone complained of getting hot at night even using the ceiling fans. Would not stay here again due to the crowds and want more convenient & closer beach access

Home was very clean, it was very well stocked, location was great and communication with 30A Luxury was fantastic. At first we thought we were a little far, but the location sets up for easy walks. My only gripe would be outside lighting is not very good. There is an awesome back porch with a grill and sitting area, but at night it was extremely dark. Front porch was a bit dim as well. But overall I would absolutely stay here again

Location is great, 3 minutes walk from community lagoon pool and 10-15 minutes walk from ocean. The community is very children friendly, kids playing and riding their bikes out on the streets, super relaxing, quiet at night. Security monitored the streets at night, felt very safe. Very well maintained community, looks beautiful. Management company was very easy to reach, always available to answer phone calls, super friendly, very helpful and easy to work with.

Great house!

Great house, updated and perfect for family and friends. I prefer this side of 30A as less crowded. The community is large so pool is always crowded and you have to walk across 30A or take tram to beach. Walking distance to Alys Beach and Rosemary shops and restaurants.

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

We had the best family vacation at Seacrest Beach! The location of our house was perfect and the house was gorgeous. The best neighborhood pool and easy access to the beach by the neighborhood tram or a short walk. We will definitely be back! Family Reunion

Porches and decks were better than photos with quality outdoor furniture. The grill and cooking area on the back deck was nice, grill well maintained. Furniture and layout were perfect for family gathering, watching movies and playing games. Kitchen could use more serving trays, serving spoons, serving bowls, pitchers, etc. for family dinners. The beach is too small and the beach equipment provider, La Dolce Vita, did not explain the different areas of the beach prior to ordering our umbrella and chairs. Since they do not explain the layout, the rental company should. The beach is a walk (tram is provided) but it is very crowded. We ordered an extra large umbrella and 5 chairs at the cost $1,100. However, some days we were in the third row and because of the crowd could not easily see or even get to the water. When we asked if we could have our umbrella and seats moved closer to the water Dolce Vita refused. The section of beach where they place the large umbrella's does not allow ANY of your own equipment, ie chairs. This information needs to be communicated prior to reservation. Had we known all of the this we would have opted for two of the smaller umbrella's in the front row on the side of the beach that allowed us to bring a few of our own beach chairs. Paying over $1,000 and being in the third row on a packed beach truly impacted our vacation. Unfortunately, because of the size of the beach and the chair service (Dolce Vita) we would not book here again. It's unfortunate because the home is the perfect beautiful beach house. Be aware that there is construction directly across the street and throughout the neighborhood was loud and instead of hearing the birds and wildlife we heard the drills and saws and the construction workers music. Same riding your bike along 30A, the construction in Aly's Beach is EXTENSIVE and all along 30A making bike riding far less enjoyable.
