Welcome to MalcoGetaways!

This modern country-themed condo with a private balcony will make you feel like your in the heart of Tennessee!

We have stocked the condo with 4k ultra HD smart TVs, a 65" curved one in the living room, and a 43" in the master bedroom. Log In with your account and enjoy Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Prime Video, CH+, Vudu, and Youtube. Cable and WiFi are provided. You will have six pool passes that must be worn by each guest who plans to use the pool or hot tub amenities.

This condo has twin bunk beds in the hall, a hall bathroom, a queen pull-out couch, a dining table with two chairs and a bench, and a fully stocked kitchen with three barstools. The living room has a gas fireplace so enjoy a cold day cuddled near the warmth. In the master bedroom, there is a king bed, two nightstands, a mirror dresser, a walk-in closet, and a private master bathroom. The master bath has double sinks, a glass shower, and a jetted jacuzzi!

This charming mountain retreat is located on the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. Your condo is within walking distance of many shows and restaurants. While at your stay, you are only minutes from Dollywood, Splash Country, Dixie Stampede, The Titanic, WonderWorks, Hatfield McCoy, Beyond the Lens, Smoky Mountain Opry, Country Tonite, Hollywood Wax Museum, Hard Rock Café, Gatlinburg, and all the fun that Pigeon Forge and The Smokies have to offer.

The property has a large grassy park-like area and playground equipment for your enjoyment. As well as tetherball, volleyball, horseshoes, a basketball court, and shuffleboard. Guests may also enjoy our two pools (one is outdoors and plans to be seasonally heated April through October and maybe more prolonged weather permitting), with a mushroom fountain and shallow area for the kids. Indoors there is a pool heated year-round, and a 17 person jetted hot tub too.

There are many outside grills as well as picnic areas. Be sure to check out our newest amenity, a quarter-mile walking trail on our 5 acres of green space. You will love the park-like setting, and your kids will love the freedom to roam.

We use a cleaning company that provides the needed amount of rags, towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels. There will be dishwasher detergent, a bathroom shower mat for stepping out of the tub, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. If you need more rags or towels, there is a washer and dryer in this unit. These are travel-sized amenities, so think hotel.

For racing enthusiasts, the NASCAR speed track has something for all the kids to do, and it's only one mile and a half away from your vacation rental!

Fishermen may want to bring their boat and take the family to the beautiful Douglas Dam Headwaters Campground and Park. It has a ramp, swimming beach, and day-use dock on one of Tennessee's finest bass fishing lakes, host of the Bass Master's Elite tournament, and complete with a beach for family swimming fun.

The Pigeon Forge area is home to dozens of fun-filled attractions. The many local theaters have a wide variety of music and shows. There are five major outlet malls with over one million square feet of shopping and over 500 restaurants, from fast food to fine dining.

If you would like to stroll gift shops and eateries, ice skate, ski, bungee jump, ride an alpine slide or aerial tramway, play putt-putt, visit a black bear habitat, see the holiday light display, or even skydive indoors, phew … Gatlinburg is only seven miles away! Why stop there? The Smoky Mountains and Appalachian Trail make for a beautiful drive starting at the edge of Gatlinburg. The Cherokee, NC casino is also only a short and beautiful drive through the Smokies.

Other things to note:
As an added benefit, all guests can access the Pigeon Forge Community Center nearby for a small daily fee of only $6. It has an indoor pool, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, wallyball, fitness equipment, running track, and bowling.

Awesome Stay

I scheduled a mid week getaway for my girlfriend and myself. It was very easy to set up. The condo is in a great location. It's quiet but still close to everything. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub after a long day of shopping and sight seeing. The bed was very comfortable too. We both were able to get a good night's sleep.

Great location, and perfect for our stay!

Condo was very convenient to the Parkway, but far enough to feel like you weren't. Everything you need and want is either in the condo, or a very short walk away. Facility pool, playground, and park like walking path are all nearby. Brent was a great host, and we highly recommend these accomodations for any couple or a small family. They place was very up to date, and the washer/dryer, bunk beds (for any little ones), and the private balcony were all great too. We are already talking about our next trip.

Attractive condo

Condo was as we expected. Clean, and the multiple bed options worked well for our picky kids. We enjoyed our stay despite a broken arm that meant we didn’t get to swim much. The outdoor shallow pool is perfect for kids! One tip for other travelers, what you see in the pictures is what you get….so no extras in the kitchen. We had to purchase everything else we needed including salt. This is no fault of the listing…just something that varies from place to place depending on the rental.

Enjoyable experience

The unit is very spacious and nicely decorated. Brent was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. When he gets his new recliners and couch it will only add to the comfort! The outdoor commons area with concrete walking paths was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Pigeon Forge Condo

Brent was a great host. Made check in/out simple and painless. Condo was very homey and comfortable. Master bed very comfortable. Even had a box fan in bedroom closet. Ha can’t sleep without one. Accessing property and room itself easy as can be. Excellent location no matter your activities. Right in middle of everything but you wouldn’t know it from how quiet and peaceful it is at property. We would definitely stay again.

Shower and recliners

The only complaint I have is the stand up shower. I'm a woman who shaves her legs everyday and there is no place to do that in the shower. I had to sit on the side of the tub and shave my legs before I got in the shower...that was a little annoying. I also am someone who has a bad back and cannot sleep in the bed, I sleep in a recliner and the recliners could definitely use an update. They didn't stay in position when you push them back all the way to recline. I will say the bed was very comfortable just laying on it for awhile and my husband thought it was very comfortable too. His back did not hurt when he woke up. I did give 5 stars because we did love the place overall and the owner always got right back with us whenever I messaged him about anything. We will definitely be back and refer this place to others. Oh one more thing, I don't know what kind of cleaning supplies they use, but the bathroom in the bedroom when we got there did not smell good and it lasted for about a day. I think it might have been the floor cleaner. Also could use a for real stand up ironing board. You might want to check the toilet in the bedroom because it started running by itself on the third night we were there. My husband flushed it a couple times and it did stop, just wanted to let you know. Thank you Brent, we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful!

This condo was very nice and we loved the area. It was convenient to everything, yet felt like it was tucked back away from crowded spaces. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The owner has a convenient check in/out process and responded so quickly to messages. We will definitely be back to stay!

Perfect spot for Dollywood visit

Brent's condo was clean, well organized and had everything we needed. I appreciated the communication we got from him and we really enjoyed our stay. We came in town for Dollywood and had an easy drive back and forth to the condo maybe 10 minutes. Everything was labeled in the condo which made it really easy to find the things that we needed. The condo was large and had lots of open walkways, I would take a guess and say the place was designed to be ADA accessible. We had plenty of space for a pack and play and everything we needed. We'd love to stay there again in the future. I also really appreciated where it was kind of at the edge of pigeon forge which made it where we could easily see everything, but didn't have to get mired in the massive traffic that comes in on the weekends. Five Star stay for our family.

Spring getaway

Common areas need attention. There was trash in the elevator and it smelled of cigarette smoke more than once. Stairwells had trash, dead bugs and cobwebs. The inside of the condo was very clean, and spacious. We liked that it was walking distance to a lot of places but it seemed you were in the woods at the condos.

Perfect place

We were very impressed with this property. The condo was decorated nicely and very comfortable and cozy. The master bed was comfortable with a great master bath. The kitchen was the perfect size and stocked with all the essentials. The location was unbeatable, it's towards the end of the main strip, in the back of the development and very quiet. I can't say enough about this condo, we will definitely be returning to this, it was the perfect place.

Great condo with central location!

This condo is great!! It has everything you need to enjoy a weekend in the mountains! We went for a little weekend getaway with our 7 month old baby. It was perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay! Brent was more than kind and quick to answer any questions! It’s a great condo! We will be back!
