About this property

Remodeled Vacation Home in the Mountains - Upstairs Balconies, Patios &...

This remodeled spacious (2,500 sq ft) 5 bedroom 3 bath vacation rental is the perfect home to be able to have the family and friends all together while not being crammed on top of each other in a little 1000sq ft AirBNB. The Large master bedroom features it's own bathroom and the room is 20' x 40' and if you have many many guests there's extra space for blow up mattresses! The upstairs floor features a bathroom and two large 20x20 loft bedrooms with balconies that have wood decks that overlook the beautiful mountain trees scenery. The kitchen has been remodeled with all appliances which is a major plus. The living room has a stone wall with a gas fireplace for a nice country look. This home is perfect for entertaining your guests in multiple areas in the home. We encourage you to come and give it a try before it's already pre-booked for years to come! Thanks for your interest in our Vacation Home. And if you are wanting to visit Tennessee for Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and some cool mountain scenery and attractions, Dollywood is a little over a half hour away so you can enjoy a large vacation home without the high Gatlinburg prices for a 2500sq ft home. The University Of Tennessee / Downtown Knoxville (Under 15miles away / about 20mins) and the Knoxville zoo is under 10miles away. Happy and safe travels everyone :-)

We have three separate houses on the property. The gazebo, grill and hot tub are shared just like if at a resort or hotel. The hot tub room is between the three story house and the middle one story house. The gazebo and grill area is between the middle one story house and the 2 floor 5 bedroom house. Around spring break / summer break timing a lot of folks book single houses and specifically inquire about the hot tub, so if it's your main deciding factor for booking, you may want to find a place with a private hot tub. In the future we plan on adding a second hot tub for the outside deck of the 5 bedroom house but for now we only have the shared hot tub room. Typically we'd rather offer for guests to rent the full property so they can have all amenities to themselves. As for the gazebo and grill area..... in the past some guests would go to Walmart that's only about 10min away and bring the little cheap disposable grills and cook out on the decks and have their own grill space but that was before we installed the park style grill and gazebo in the middle of the property months ago. Just wanted you to know how close Walmart is just incase you need food or something from Wally World 🤗. If our space will fit your trip needs, we would be delighted to have you as our guests. Have happy and safe travels everyone. Thanks for your inquiry.

**We also just upgraded to better mattresses for a better comfy sleep

worst VRBO ever

The first clue about this poorly maintained and equipped property was the moldy smell that greeted us at the front door. When we were looking over the rooms, there was an overall lack of proper cleaning. one room had a 1/2 eaten Oreo on the floor and another had bandage wrappers on the bedside table. the kitchen was the worst stocked that I have ever seen in a VRBO. The silverware had only one table knife in the set, the glassware was dirty and several of the plates were still greasy from the last renters. The towels were thin, old and moldy smelling. The rooms upstairs had a significant spider problem. The people killed at least one large spider each day in the bathroom and bedrooms. To make a long story short we all agreed that this was, without question, the worst property we had ever seen in our many trips together.

Enjoyed the stay

The house was as described and very easily slept us all with no problems except for parking(which in all fairness is hard to have on the side of an elevated area)

Plenty of space

There was plenty of space for our group at this house. It's about 15 minutes to Knoxville but it is an hour to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The driveway is pretty steep and making a right turn into was interesting but coming in from the left or backing in was better. There could use to be more seats for eating. There's a table for 4 and 4 bar stools in the kitchen but the bar area is very small.

Great house for a group

Our group had plenty of space with all the available bedding in this house. It was clean and a nice location to Knoxville (it was a very easy drive to downtown). Overall, great!
