Schwache Leistung der lokalen Agentur bezüglich Ankunft, allg Info und Betreuung. Bauarbeiten wurden auch nicht von der Residenz Verwaltung angekündigt. Vermieterin setzt Priorität auf ihren Einkünften Preis - Leistung ungenügend

Extraordinary holiday rental property and an excellent service from Kikiloue

This property is astonishing: from the drive to the secured garage, where you have an allocated parking space, to the magnificent entrance in the building fully covered in mirrored walls and sparkling marble, to the lift which takes you in front of the door. Then you see yourself in this splendid property, with floor to ceiling glass walls offering the most spectacular views of Cap D'Antibes and Juan-le-Pin. The manicured gardens surrounding the building, full of colours, pine and palm trees are another treat to the eyes. The property itself is simply luxurious: granite floors, glass walls, designer furniture and decorations, top appliances in the kitchen, top quality bathrooms, you have to be there to appreciate the luxury of this property. Everything in this property is beautiful, high quality, comfortable ( sofas, chairs, armchairs, beds,duvets, pillows), the kitchen has got absolutely everything and more than needed ( plenty of plates, cups, glasses, pots, cutleries etc), two coffee machines to accommodate both sizes of coffee/tea pods, silent washing and dishwasher machines. TV's with Netflix in all rooms ( we did not watch any tele while there and I cannot advise on the quality of the programmes). This is a fabulous home from home, where the Owner has thought of absolutely every single detail. I would not recommend this property for a family with small children because of the expensive decorations, but this is perfect for a couple or a small family with older/teenage children. There is access to a private beach, which is very quite and intimate, with busier free beaches nearby. The swimming pool is wonderful, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, with travertine paving, which makes the area around it non slip and it never gets hot. The property is located within easy reach distance to Cannes, Golfe Juan, Juan-le-Pin and Antibes. We rented directly from Kikiloue, our experience was smooth, hassle free and Stella is a star. We will definitely return.
