Mucho ruido

No es una casa para poder descansar, la parada de metro está justo en frente, desde las 6 de la mañana hasta las 23:30 pita cada vez que llega a la estación, carretera muy transitada para ser una urbanización, no hacía referencia en el anuncio de ninguna de las dos cosas

Estuvimos súper agusto disfrutamos unos días en familia y tranquilos todo correcto las chicas con la piscina encantadas y el aire acondicionado se agradecia un monton Vicenta y su hija un encanto vamos para volver a repetir!😊

Beautiful house just outside Valencia City

Large house with lovely swimming pool. Four spacious bedrooms, 3 of which have air conditioners. Stone floor on every floor. Decor is a bit simple and outdated. The metro stop is very close.

Très bon emplacement Plage magnifique On a passé de superbe vacances Les propriétaires sont sympas Gros bémol sur la piscine en mauvais état causant des coupures et sur le manque d’accessoires de cuisines pour une famille de 6 : seulement 5 petites cuillères, une passoire ne pouvant égoutter que 100g de riz !!! Aucun grand saladier, ni râpe et beaucoup d’autre….. Pas pratique pour une famille mais on s’est adapté !

el alojamiento está ubicado en masías de Moncada, en coche se llega en 20 minutos aprox a Valencia. Vicenta es atenta a la hora de llegada y salida, la casa dispone de todo lo necesario. Fuimos en diciembre, por lo que la casa tenía calefacción de aire caliente, mantas y agua caliente. Quedamos muy contentas con el alojamiento y la estancia

Ein nicht so schöner Urlaub

Leider war das Ferienhaus nicht wie wir erwarten hatten. Die Lage ist gut um viele Orte in der Nähe zu besuchen. Die Metrostation ist „leider“ direkt vor der Tür, was eine unerträgliche Lautstärke verursacht, wenn man über 35 Grad im Haus hat und mit offenen Fenster schläft. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist suboptimal und dieses auch nicht sauber genug. Ein großes Manko mit den Temperaturen war der Pool. Der war die ganze Woche dreckig und mit trüben Wasser. Die Vermieterin hat sich bemüht das Problem zu beheben aber leider erfolglos

Buen sitio para disfrutar.

La casa es sencilla pero cómoda y limpia con una piscina no muy grande pero bien mantenida. Tiene buena terraza/jardín con sombra y hay suficiente sitio para tomar el sol y disfrutar de la barbacoa. Esta bien situada, cerca de Valencia y playas. Buen sitio para disfrutar con familia y amigos. La dueña e hijo muy amables.

Todo correcto. Falla un poco la ubicacion pero eso lo sabes al reservarlo. Tienes el metro en la puerta eso si. En coche unos 15 min a la playa de Alboraya.

Lovely Relaxing Holiday

We spent a very relaxing week in this lovely house. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool was very clean, well maintained and so inviting in the sun. The rooms are all a good size and furnished well. Overall an excellent property and we would certainly book it again! A big thank you to Vicenta for welcoming us even though we arrived extremely late at night. Vicenta was the perfect host, helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her. We would certainly recommend the place!

Unos días en valencia

La estancia ha sido maravillosa. Gran atención por parte de Vicenta, la dueña, y de sus hijos. La casa es perfecta para ir de vacaciones con niños y poder tener comodidad y relax, todo aderezado con la piscina. La ciudad preciosa, nos hemos quedado con ganas de ver más cosas y no descartamos volver el año que viene. Muchas gracias por la estancia, Vicenta. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy agradables y puede que el año que viene volvamos a vernos!!
