This fully renovated home boasts 1050 sqft of living space and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With two bedrooms featuring queen-sized beds and three bedrooms with full-sized beds, our home can comfortably accommodate a large group of 10.

Our home has been tastefully decorated with modern finishes and features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating areas, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals together. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with plush bedding and ample storage space for your belongings.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, our home offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat while still being just a short drive away from all the best Edmonton has to offer. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our spacious and comfortable home is the perfect place to call home during your stay.

✦ You are booking the entire property. The detached garage area is NOT included in the reservation or for parking any type of vehicle as is this is rented to a family member.

✦ TV and Internet: Stay connected and entertained with our high-speed 600 Mbps internet and two large 55-inch TVs. The first TV comes with a ROKU device, while the second is a smart TV located in the basement area. Please note that you will need to use your own credentials for any streaming services.

✦ Parking: Street parking space in front of the house.

✦ Kitchen: This kitchen boasts clean quartz counters, high gloss cabinetry, and brand-new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and all the essential cookware needed to whip up your favorite meals.

This property requires a $500 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.


✦ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS ✦
The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay.

Detailed check-in instructions, including the Smart Lock code, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.


✦ SECURITY DEVICES ✦
1. We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit
2. There are TWO OUTDOOR security cameras located at the property main and side door, only to monitor outdoor activity. These devices will be ONLY recording with motion detection and not 24/7
3. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level
