Girls trips to Florida

This place is very nice, clean and roomy, centrally located to Disney, Universal and the Kennedy Space Centet. We enjoyed the lazy river and resort area but also appreciated the “quiet” pool steps away from our unit. I will say that you if you plan to use the kitchen, you will need to buy everything. We were surprise there were no coffee filters, salt/pepper etc and only 1 dishwasher pod, 1 roll of toilet paper etc. I would definitely stay here again and be better prepared to order supplies.

Bedbugs.

Let’s cut to the chase: BEDBUGS. On the second night of our stay, our 5 year old threw up in the night and when I changed his sheets there were large bedbugs!! We ended up moving our family in the middle of the night to the only other property the owner had available. Bedbugs are a disaster to deal with. We had to throw away our suitcase, buy a steamer, deep clean everything we had so we didn’t spread the bugs. I will be anxious for months that we missed something and have brought this invasive bug home. The property managers were prompt to get back to us when we contacted their emergency number in the night. They moved us to a new spot and refunded half of our stay. We wish they would have refunded the entire stay and covered the costs of our cleaning supplies. But we appreciate that they had somewhere else for us to go so quickly. We did thoroughly inspect the next house and didn’t find any bedbugs. Aside from the obvious issue, the property was fine, but could use a deep cleaning. Every corner was dirty and it felt like the floor hadn’t been washed recently. My husband washed the floors with cleaner and paper towel and the towels were black. It was pretty close to Disney/ Disney springs, which was the purpose of our stay. The TVs were nice and large and were smart so we could cast from our phones.

Amazing!

We did a 4 night stay here as a family. I’ve rented from this property management company before and they are very good. The property is well kept and cared for! The pictures match the property perfectly! We will be staying with them again!
