Sitting on the sand of Perdido Key, this two-bedroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to six guests for your next beach trip. With an open floor plan that seamlessly joins the living room, dining area, and kitchen, you’ll have the space to gather everyone in your group together, all while enjoying views of the beach just outside. Your large private balcony is easily accessible from the living room and master bedroom and is perfect for stepping outside to relax while the waves crash against the shore.

You’re sure to utilize the fully equipped kitchen during your vacation. Beautifully decorated, the kitchen is stocked with the cookware and dishware you need to prepare meals of all sizes or snacks to carry to the beach with you. Both of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished and perfect for relaxing after a day spent lounging in the sunshine.

Wonderful Stay in Perdido Key

The condo was exactly as listed. Could not have asked for a better location in Perdido Key! Far enough away from the hustle of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores but close enough if you wanted to venture in for the evening. Would stay here again.

Nice Vacation

Property was nice and location was great. Loved that everything was a key code in building 2 (and not an actual key)…made entry access to room, pool, parking lot & gym easy for the whole family. We did have an issue with one of the tubs not draining/clogged drain, but it was super easy to contact management via text and they came out right away to fix it and did a great job! Also, when we booked, we did not realize there were 3 buildings…went with another family and booked 2 rooms both on 3rd floor thinking we were just going to be a few doors down from each other, only to find out there are 3 buildings on the property and we were in different buildings. Not the end of the world, but didn’t feel that was clear in the listing.

Great location, easy process

Great 2br 2bth on 3rd floor right above the pool. Perfect view of beach. Close enough to food and grocery stores. Easy communication with mgmt group (24/7 sms response). For those not familiar with complete condos, you ac air handler/hot water tank are all in the unit, so there will be noise when they run. If you are a light sleeper, stay in hotel or house.

Thanksgiving 2022

We arrived Thursday, Thanksgiving Day at Southern Vacation’s office at 4:15 pm to pick up our keys to Sandy Key. We were told the keys would be in the lock box by 4 pm. 2 1/2 hours later and many text messages and phone calls we were told we would have to stay at another condo for the night. Since no one at Southern Rental could leave their Thanksgiving with their family to get us a key to the condo so we could enjoy our Thanksgiving. After driving all day that’s the last thing you want to hear. So we had to unload everything that night and pack up the next morning and go do that again at the condo we originally booked the very next day. I had to ask for a refund for Thursday night which we did receive. Since our Thanksgiving dinner which we brought with us spoiled due to the delay getting to check in at 4. We ended up having our Thanksgiving at Waffle House that night at 8 pm. Not exactly how we thought our Thanksgiving would be. The keys should have been left in the lock box Wednesday night since the office was closed Thanksgiving day. I feel they were worried we would check in earlier than 4 and they didn’t want that to happen. Since they charge $60 to check in 3 hours early. The condo was vacant and ready that morning so it would have been a lot less expense for them to have left the keys in the box Wednesday night. I will not be using Southern Vacation Rental again.

Loved this place

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Clean property, great communication, quiet property. Just an ideal place to rest and relax. Perdido Key is my new favorite place to come to! This condo was perfect for my family!

Noisy and too much driving

Needed a relaxing stay but had a noisy family next to us so we couldn’t sit on balcony. Water was green with a smell due to lots of seaweed. Rv sound was off for our first night and part of next day. A lady came right over and changed it out with bedroom tv

Sisters Retreat

We had a wonderful relaxing time! The condo was very nice, however, because of the humidity within the unit, everything seemed damp. The inside of the coffeemaker was disgusting. My sister had to work very hard to get it clean..scrubbing the inside and then .running water through it multiple times. These things did not stop us from having a great time.

Nice Condo But Tent Policy was a Unknown to Us

Overall nice condo, everyone was comfy and we had plenty of room for 5 adults 2 children, and I love Perdido Key, but was not aware of the NO TENT on the beach policy. I understand WHY, but I would of like to have known this before hand and have the option to determine to pick this condo or not to purchase the small tent for my grandchildren. We did talk to the Rental Person on the beach, and she told us she would remove it if we put it. The last day on the beach I saw 2 huge Canopy's that were allowed and they were never told they had to remove it due to beach policy. Also I was notified that hot tub was closed due to parts ordered, but was not told one pool was closed, so all 3 towers had to share one pool, it was a little crazy in there, grandkids only used it once due to safety reasons of not getting clobbered by others. I did Love the fitness room and used it every morning I was there, it was fantastic.

Paradise

We stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing. Communication was easy with mgmt even when the keys were not left in the drop box. Dryer broke last day there which caused a hiccup but I still give it a 5 star rating. The view was unbelievable and the room was perfectly equipped with everything we needed! Will be staying again!

The condo was very nice.. plenty of seating in living area.. although one of the pools was closed.. the other pool was never crowded. Would definitely come to sandy key again!

Great accommodation!

We stayed here with 8 people total. It was a nice rental. Plenty of room for all of us with shared beds. Kitchen was nice and spacious and had everything we needed to prep meals. Great location! Only downfall was the pool was intermittently closed our whole stay.

Girls Trip 2021

We totally enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and really cute. Only issue was with the main sliding glass doors. They were almost impossible to open. I actually had one of the handles break off while try to get it opened. We did let the property managers know. The beach was beautiful. The chair service on the beach was great! Make sure you go to The Point Restaurant. Food was fabulous there! We will be back!

Lampoon vacation

Didn't have instructions for check in arrived on Sunday in the rain had to text and email property management to figure out check in the room was beautiful but walked out on the deck and both pools were closed and were a quarter of the way filled with nasty water we had our 5 year old grandson with us the beach was red flag condition we looked online at the property and it showed two beautiful pools that was not what we saw the property was in disrepair from last years hurricane and should not have been rented one pools fence was torn down and empty except for murky water on the deep end very dangerous for parents with little children I could go on but I just learned a very valuable lesson from this misadventure

Quality Family Time

The location and view were fantastic!!! The open set up allowed for us all to spend time together, talking, laughing, playing cards, etc. Hit the Walmart for some.cheap Beach chairs! (Rentals on beach are a little pricey for multiple.days).
