Beautiful beach house enjoys corner lot location with direct access to the beach. Abundant outdoor living is provided by two large porches overlooking the private pristine pool. During quiet times of the day listen for the relaxing ebb and flow of the surf. Interior floor plan is thoughtfully laid out for both privacy and social interaction. Bedrooms are located on the main floor and top floor. Open, spacious and well equipped, the kitchen will be the hub of family activity.

While it has several public access ways, the entire length of North Litchfield Beach is bordered by a residential community untouched by commercial enterprise. Grocery stores, popular dining venues, and local eclectic shops are conveniently close by however.
The North Litchfield Beach community resides along a bike path that meanders into Huntington Beach State Park where visitors can observe the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and wetlands. North Litchfield Beach is contiguous with Huntington Beach to the north and Litchfield Beach to the south, spanning 7 miles from end to end. The beach is characteristically wide with soft white sand bounded by low lying sand dunes and the blue-green ocean.
