Just a cool experience! Conveniently located near everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. Front porch was enjoyable in the evenings too just sit and swing. We'll definitely be back!
Great place and convenient location for anything you want to do on the riverfront. We made dinner the first night and breakfast and coffee a couple of days -kitchen has everything you need.
I really enjoyed my time here with my sister. I truly loved the coziness of this home . It was walking distance to downtown with wonderful restaurants and the bridge over Tennessee river, be sure to travel the 1.7 miles over the bridge for more great food and shopping . Will definitely stay here again.
Very well kept cute house in a good neighborhood....very close to things we wanted to do. It was clean and had tons of charm. The host was the best!!! I Would absolutely live there not just visit again!!!
Overall it was a great value. The location was fantastic - walkable to almost all activities (if it hadn't been so hot!). My toddler loved going for walks in the neighborhood. House itself was fine, though be aware of the steep/uneven concrete steps up to the house and tight driveway (would have been very tough with two carseats). Had everything we needed.
Great little house, close to things to do. House had lots of character and beds were comfy. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay again.
FYI, kitchen isn’t super well equipped if you planned on doing a lot of cooking, which we didn’t.
We were in town for an ultimate Frisbee tournament. We had a couple of free hours and enjoyed an easy walk downtown. Lots of great shops, restaurants, a park and a huge pedestrian bridge across the river.
The home is very cozy and had everything we needed!
Me, my wife, toddler, and baby stayed here and it was perfect for us. I think some of the complaints are a little harsh on the property to be honest. I was hesitant because of the reviews, but the property exceeded my expectations. I can see where people are coming from on a cleanliness perspective, but it’s an old house. The location is excellent, safe neighborhood, two blocks from an amazing park and fun things to do. The house is older, but it had a home feel. I don’t think the place deserves anything less than 4 stars. I gave them 4 out of 5 because the owner was very responsive, the area is safe, and everything around the house like parks, bars, restaurants, were so close. I would highly recommend, but it is an older house and if you are looking for something more modern, it might not be a great fit for you. All and all we will stay here again when we come back to Chattanooga.

Throw blanket
It would have been nice to have better towels and a couple throw blankets or a light bed blanket instead of just the comforter. So overall good stay just low on creature comforts. The bathroom had a dirty wash cloth in it and wasn’t the cleanest.
Location was excellent. In walking distance to to Frazier St restaurants/shopping. House was comfortable. Cleanliness could be better. Baseboards and ceiling corners were dusty and had webs. BF and daughter complained about the beds too soft but I didn't have a problem.
I was in town for Ironman race with Ross Landing as the transition location. This was a great place to be. Close to race venue and many restaurants and shops walkable. 2 blocks from the run course

Great Location Dirty House
With mixed reviews, we decided to give this place a try because of location. Location is great, house is charming but it is dirty. If you can’t overlook cobwebs and crusted food, don’t stay here. We cleaned the dishes we wanted to use and just hand washed after every meal. Ignored the rest. We also brought our own frying pan so we did have something decent to cook with. If I come back to Chattanooga, I’ll look for another location.
House was great! Extremely clean and had everything we needed! Beds were super comfortable and communication with the owner was effortless. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Loved the location! We were able to walk to some bars, restaurants and shopping. If we were a bit younger, we would’ve been able to walk to a lot more! Great vacation!!
We really enjoyed staying here, especially due to its location being so close to a nice part of town. My husband and I both agreed that the bed is extremely comfortable too. Danny was kind and accommodating to let us check out a little later as my husband needed to work a little bit from the house. Thank you, Danny!

Graduation trip
My family stayed one night to see my daughter graduate from UTC. There were cobwebs everywhere and they house stunk. Nothing to use in the kitchen to eat in at all. Furniture stunk and beds were horrible. Light switch in the bathroom shot out sparks when you turn it on. I did not contact manager based on the poor reviews/response from previous renters. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

located across from construction site with tons of noise
outside ok..super rough inside. most floors only plywood still. Windows have no glides n slam down. Def not for kids or anyone expecting a finished house. Super dusty n grimy. whenever he finishs n construction project done it will be great..but now i had to hold sink up from falling off the pedestal in the bathroom! haha
Very pleasant craftsman bungalow in a quiet neighborhood with several singles and couples of all ages walking for enjoyment and/or walking their dogs.
The house is in a safe area and is very accessible to several interesting shops and eateries in the North Shore section of Chattanooga. We enjoyed breakfasts at Aretha Frankenstein and Milk and Honey as well as great sandwiches and craft beer at Base Camp. The Walnut Street Bridge is a railroad bridge spanning the Tennessee River converted to a pedestrian only walking bridge which brings you to downtown Chattanooga-all a pleasant walk from the property. Coolidge Park with the antique carousel is a must stop along the river shore.
We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Chattanooga area in the future.
