Our unit is located in a development with expansive, beautiful landscaped green space (no high rise buildings). Located approximately 3 miles from four beautiful white sandy beaches - Barefoot Beach, Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. Nightlife, golf, boating, shopping and waterfront restaurants located in close proximity. This is a vacationers dream location! Very private, spacious, tranquil unit overlooking Lake Louise with its walking/biking paths along side. King size master bedroom, with master bath, can be accessed from the main living space or the beautiful, large, spacious lanai. The master bedroom also has a separate small balcony, also overlooking the lake. Second bedroom comfortably contains a queen bed and two twin beds, also with a small balcony overlooking the lake, and an en-suite bathroom. Our unit includes 2 flat screen tvs with a DVR player, wifi, ceiling fans throughout, stereo, iron, ironing board, books for your reading pleasure during your stay, all linens, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. New air conditioning system installed in November of 2017, as well as a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Our unit has been recently painted and had beautiful new porcelain tile installed throughout in 2017. Take a short walk, about 2 minute walk, over the wooden bridge to enjoy the refreshing heated pool, hot tub or read a book under the shady pavilion or palm tree. Meet the many friendly, welcoming residents at one of the monthly pot luck dinners or enjoy the weekly Friday wine/cheese hour at the pool pavilion (during high season). Par 3 golf course is available in our community for a small nominal fee. Enjoy the many walking/jogging/biking trails in this 24-hour (manned gatehouse) gated community along the extensive paved pathways around the lakes in the development, or take a ride to the beach just a few miles away.
