Destin West Gulfside 610 has everything you need for a perfect beachfront getaway!
This beautiful coastal-designed condo has been fully renovated and includes new flooring, updated finishes, stainless appliances, modern lighting and plumbing fixtures, new furniture, and beautiful beach-inspired decor.

This bright, open, and well-appointed residence at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the gulf side pool, AND the beautiful bay throughout the condo and features a private, 200 square foot balcony with all new Trex furniture. The fabulous gulf side pool and the gorgeous beach are within steps of your front door!

This distinct residence sleeps a total of eight guests and features a king-size bed in BOTH the master bedroom AND the guest bedroom, a bunk room that sleeps two with flat-screen smart TVs for streaming, and a brand-new queen-size sleeper with a comforter set and comfortable memory foam mattress! There are two full bathrooms: the master has both a shower and tub and the guest bathroom has a large, walk-in shower. The very generous and comfortable living room includes a large, brand-new flat screen smart television and access to a large, private deck, perfect for dinner, drinks, and those beautiful gulf side evenings. The condo also features a large chef's kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffeemaker, and all the amenities of home! The large master and guest bedrooms both feature king beds and flat-screen smart TVs with cable! The condo also comes with free Wi-Fi and a COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE March through October!
There are seven pools to choose from at Destin West. The Gulfside offers a large pool, a heated pool, and a hot tub. The bayside offers a 700-foot lazy river, a pool with a waterfall, and two large hot tubs in the center of the bayside complex. There is also a gradual decline pool that feeds into the Lazy River.

Stay cool during the day in the Gulf and warm up in the evening in one of the property's several hot tubs! Other amenities include a very well-equipped fitness center, barbecue grills, picnic tables, and plenty of parking.

You're within a short walk to many great restaurants -- including the Crab Trap, Rockin' Tacos, Angler's, The Dock on the Island and Old Bay Steamer, and lots of nightlife. For the kids, the Gulfarium is just steps away. And... you're just a quick ride away from all the restaurants, shops, and amenities of downtown Destin and Harborwalk Village!

Great home away from home beach

Property well suited to family stay with view of beach and gulf. Kitchen well stocked. Room arrangement is good with all necessary appliances and facilities. Easy access to exercise facilities and beach as well as the bay facilities across the highway. Heated pool and hot tub for cool weather.

Most BEAUTIFUL condo I have ever rented!

My family and I, including my 2 very young grandchildren (ages 1 & 3), came to spend my 45th birthday on the beach. Upon entering the condo the smell was the first thing I noticed, it was fresh and beachy and absolutely lovely!! The aesthetic and home decor was simple and beautiful, it was welcoming and relaxing and made the week all the more enjoyable! It looked very clean, however my only complaint is that the floor kept our feet and the bottoms of our socks jet black, I even spent some time hand scrubbing the living room and kitchen tile myself, but for some reason it just wouldn't go away ...But I wouldn't let this deter you, just be sure to keep your feet covered, and there is a washer and dryer available to keep your socks clean, lol! I loved all the storage space available for our belongings, and all the views from any window in this condo are stunning! I loved the location, we seemed to be right in the heart of lots of options for food and activities with just a very short drive ...and if we hadn't gone at the end of August we probably would have enjoyed walking to most places, lol! Check in and check out was easy, and the staff was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating! We loved all the pool area options, including the lazy river, and enjoyed all the light displays at night! We are already trying to pinpoint a date for our return, and hope to make this an annual trip! I definitely plan to come back to unit 610!!

Great pier

I love this location it has a great pier you can see turtles,dolphins,sharks,rays so many beautiful animals off of it. The room was clean and had a nice view.

We Plan to Return

Really enjoyed the location and amenities and had a great time. Unit met all our needs and was very comfortable and the sixth floor made it very convenient as well. Check in process could be a little more fluid and carpet has seen better days but those are minor nitpicks. We will certainly be looking to come back and would love to stay in this same unit again! Bonus for those interested, the pier started doing Wednesday fireworks shows and the view from the balcony was a very pleasant surprise!

Outstanding Condo

The condo was very nice and adequately stocked with almost anything you might need. Very nice decor and furnishings. Once the bridge work gets completed the crazy line of traffic coming in and out of the area around the condo should improve. The only complaint- was how late we were able to actually get Into our unit. What we thought was supposed to be on or around 4 was really closer to 5:30. Kind of hard to plan getting groceries to Stock the unit if you can’t know for sure the time you will actually get into the unit. Otherwise loved the unit.

Spring break for Teacher/ husband

Overall, our experience was relaxing. Communication with our property manager in the beginning started out strong but then the week before our trip I had 2 check in questions and could not reach them. I ended up having to reach out to VRBO support and was told by the property manager that I now needed to contact the resort. Besides that hiccup the condo was nice. The decor and bunk area had been updated. The resort had updated some features since 2 years previous and was always cleaning or landscaping throughout the year week while we were there.

Unit itself was laid out nicely and newly renovated. However cleanliness fell short. We had to wash all kitchen items before we could use them; carpeting in bedrooms was dirty; and the furniture was not conducive to the older population. All seating was bar height except for the couch which was difficult to use. View was awesome and resort was very nice.

Fort Walton November 2023 stay

The property was clean, beautiful. The place was very quite. Pool was not heated as advertised and the check in was not so smooth. Across the street. Had to provide a credit card for pool bands and the lady that worked in the office could not have been more rude.

We Had To Come Back For More

This was our second year staying at Gulfside 610. It's a great condo with lots of great restaurants, shopping and other activities nearby but most importantly the beautiful beach and ocean is so close and the view is great. The pool is huge and always clean. The condo is set up with everything we could need. Just a great choice. Really looking forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was great with plenty of space for the six of us. I appreciated the large closets & drawer space as well as the individual tv’s for the kids bunks. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Great week, great resort, great condo!

This condo is beautiful! It was very clean and came with a small supply of some basics, like a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, couple packets of dishwasher detergent, etc. The location is good, not far from the elevator. It has a great balcony with a great view! All the applianes were in working order and we had no problems throughout our entire stay. We appreciated access to the activities on the bayside amd found the walk to not be any trouble. Highly recommend this resort and this condo!

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect location and beautiful condo. We just wish the weather had been warmer and sunnier. We got a lot of use out of the hot tub though! I never could find any pot holders in the unit. Beds were comfy and the beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have too. Thanks again!

Great location with fantastic gulf view. Loved sitting on the sofa and looking out at the water. Also enjoyed the balcony. Easy walk to the beach, boardwalk and pier. Fun shops and restaurants at the boardwalk. Unit itself was spacious with very nice coastal decor.

Absolutely perfect location - views & peaceful sleep

Exactly as pictured in listing - comfortable elegance. Phenomenally equipped kitchen - probably best I've ever stayed at. Being on the top floor with no upstairs neighbors or extra foot traffic from people not on the top floor made for peaceful nights - no sounds from overhead. But best of all is the VIEW all day long! The beach, the sunsets, the whole stretch of Fort Walton - morning, noon & night. Worth every cent.
