Nine Vail Road Condos are located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $225 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This two bedroom two bath suite features 1067 square feet of living space on two levels; One king bed; Two Twin beds; queen sofa sleeper; full kitchen; deck and in unit washer/dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Definitely wouldn't have stayed here if I knew the hot tub wasn't working. This should have been communicated to me. Property management didnt seem to care. Also no A/C and it stayed at 75° or higher.

The property was as expected having stayed there before. Would totally recommend. The specific unit I was in, was clean, well stocked, and cozy I would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay there again. Thank you for a very relaxing stay!!

Stayed with my husband and 18 year old son for 1 week in March. Excellent accommodations and location. Impending snowstorm in Denver forced us to come to Vail early and the property management could not have been more accommodating allowing us to come 1 day early and check in when we arrived. We walked to dinner everyday in the village and stored our skis in a locker near the gondola so we did not have to carry everything daily. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Loved the location. Property was very nice. Property manager was very quick to get towels to the condo. Minor concerns: the lighting, as in which switches did what, was very confusing. Never did get the TV in the master bedroom to work (one remote had no batteries). We did have to exchange out the propane tank in order to use the grill. There are no hot pads in the kitchen. What could be very helpful for future guests would be a Welcome binder with Clear instructions on the lighting, how to get the frig cold, what TV remotes do what, etc. Just a thought.
