Welcome to Tranquility at the Beach - a stunning 5-bedroom home located at 26 Baynard Cove Road in Sea Pines just steps from the Ocean. Enjoy creating lifelong memories with your family in this professionally decorated home that features a dream combination of Coastal Home and Lowcountry Sophistication.

The custom home boasts a massive living room that opens directly to the kitchen and dining room, making it the perfect space for family gatherings. The backyard is wrapped in foliage providing privacy while enjoying the large private pool and spa, along with a grilling station, chaise lounges, and dining seats for outdoor entertainment. The home sleeps up to 13 guests.

On the first floor, three bedrooms and two full baths along with a laundry room are available. Children will love the Bunk Bedroom, which sleeps 5 comfortably. The second master bedroom features a full bathroom and a view of the lush backyard, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed with a stunning view of the pool.

The second floor leads to a huge open space that includes a kitchen outfitted with high-end appliances, including an electric range and oven-warmer. The kitchen boasts every gadget, appliance, and an abundance of spices making it perfect for a chef to whip up a gourmet meal. Enjoy homemade meals at the 12-seat plank-wood table with additional seating at the island.

The master suite on the second floor features a king bed, large master bath with a double vanity, and walk-in shower. An additional bedroom is available for young ones to stay close to their parents.

Amenities at Tranquility at the Beach will make you feel like you are staying at your own private resort. The large private pool features a heated spa (heat included) and spacious pool deck with chaise lounges. The outdoor patio area is fully furnished with multiple tables for dining and four chaise lounges for relaxation. The home is outfitted with a 65-inch television in the living room and wireless internet. All the beds except those in the bunk room boast Four Seasons Resort mattresses. The home features keyless access.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with a live petting zoo, and a newly renovated Plantation Golf Club. June 2024 summer getaway

The house was beautiful with a very nice pool and located in a great area. It was a short walk to the beach. You can also pick up the bike trail right by the house to check out Sea Pines. The homeowners as well as Josh (the property manager), were very responsive and easy to deal with.

For Luxurious rental I expected perfection.

Sits beautifully on a corner lot w/easy walk to the beach. The main floor is on the 2nd level w/kitchen, DR, great room and MBR suite. 3 BRs and laundry/br are downstairs. So why only 3 stars? The hot tub in limited to 98 degrees! Seriously? A warm tub that you constantly wait for it to heat up. No coffee in the morning, its freezing til it heats up. The LR has a beautiful sofa that seats 4. Where does everyone else sit to gather? They staged high back chairs for everyone else. Why? (And they have a note not to move any furniture). When they redid the kitchen, instead of discarding the old cabinets, they hung them in the dining room and great room and filled them with junk. The kitchen has nice Viking appliances but all the dishes and silverware are Goodwill castoffs filling all the cabinets. I counted five coffee machines. If you tried to set the table for eight, you’d be hard pressed to find three matching glasses, forks, plastic plates, etc. Why? It’s a million dollar home!!! If the six bikes you show in your pictures aren’t part of the property, remove the picture. That’s deceptive. One of the BRs has the access to the pool, so you constantly romp through the guest’s room or you have to walk to the upper level and go down the back stairs. That’s pretty annoying. And crappy barn doors on a BR? Why? Figuring out Light switches? Wow, I takes 3 to operate the front porch light. I can go on but I’m limited to 1500 characters. You need work to get it to five stars.

Hilton Head

We had a wonderful Hilton Head adventure. The home was in a great location, an easy 5 min bike ride or 10 min walk to the beach. The home had everything we needed. There were a few things that came up, but the property manager took care of them quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Great house and location

I stayed here with a few friends and their kiddos and it was perfect for both adults and kids. Location is great with easy access to a more private beach, close to the beach club and walking distance to the Salty Dog. The house was stocked with everything we needed from beach towels to yoga mats, kitchen appliances and plenty of towels

Lovely Sea Pines Property

Eight of us (4 adults, 4 kids) had a great time at this property. It’s in the heart of Sea Pines with easy bike path access to the beach, Salty Dog, Harbour Town & Truffles. The open floor plan on the top level is great with the family room connected to the kitchen. Made it easy for the eight of us to watch shows, eat meals, play games & just relax together. Despite being close to the neighbors the outdoor space feels private due to the design & landscaping. Kids loved the pool & everyone enjoyed the hot tub. We definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Great rental!

Great location, comfortable home, and fabulous spa/pool. Beach towels, chairs, and the wagon were a nice touch. Property manager was responsive to a couple of minor issues. Our group of 10 extended family members really enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation 2023

This house was perfect for our family! The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and the owners provide all the beach gear you will need. We were there celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary and the owners made our stay feel special. Communication with them was very easy. Would definitely book this home again.

Nicely updated home, minutes from the beach by bike or walk! The owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed-thank you! Would have been excellent to have another king bed, but overall, everything else was pretty great!

Great Time in Sea Pines

Our group had a great week on HHI, Tranquility By the Beach. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach via the path a few houses over. Very nice that there are beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, and a wagon to use for trips to the beach. Love the layout of the top floor! Suggest bringing a few fans, or making a trip to Walmart like we did, as the lower level bedrooms got warm at night. The little extras were very much appreciated. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Family Vacation

Hilton Head is our favorite family vacation spot. This house was the best one we’ve stay in bc of the space and layout of the house. Having the pool was also an added bonus. Not too far from the beach and they provided most of the beach gear we needed so we didn’t have to bring our own. The owners were very kind and easy to reach when we had questions. We will be booking this house again!

Tennis weekend.

We were in town for the state tennis championships. The house worked out for us. One small thought, provide some coffee for guests. The smell when you walk in was noticeable and the window to the right of the stairs needed to have the floors cleaned other than those small issue we hade a successful visit. We would book again.

Spring break week

As advertised, a lovely home in beautiful Sea Pines. We brought both grandparents to join our family for a spring break week. The kids loved time in the pool and hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect week in Sea Pines

We had an absolutely amazing week in Hilton head. The property, recently renovated was definitely an awesome hang out for us. The weather was as to be expected in October -going from the upper 70s as low as the mid 60s. We really appreciated the hot tub in addition to the pool in the backyard. All of the household amenities were included, everything you could need in the kitchen, washer and dryer, and small details like beach towels. It was a very easy walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes and literally right across the street. I loved how close and bikeable it was getting to The Salty Dog and we took several trips over there. The Sea Pines area in general is beautiful, feels super safe, and we will definitely be back. The communication from the property manager was awesome from right before check-in until we left. Our friends rented the house directly across the street, so it was great to be able to walk back-and-forth between the two properties. Thanks again for your hospitality, Dan and Kathy!!!

Great summer break

We spend 2 weeks end of July with the group of 10, which included 5 17 year boys (my son and his friends),. House location is amazing with true 6 min walk to the beach, surrounded by beautiful trees and very close to the bike trail. House itself is very nicely kept, good beds, nice bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped for the big group, big dining table with enough sitting places was there and made our evenings very special, also with board games after. Swimming pool and hot tab area were very special, as surrounded by beautiful trees. We all had a blast spending time there. All in all it is our 5th stay at Hilton Head and this location and house were among 2 best ones we had. We thank owners for a very welcoming approach and property manager for easy access and responsiveness. Natasha

Great house and location

Close to beach and bike path that takes you to everything in sea pines. Appliances and finishes in the house better than what you would find in comparable rentals. The beach wagon and toys were a bonus.

Fantastic home for a multigenerational family vacation

The Cahill family home was the perfect home base for our family of 8 to soak up all HHI has to offer. Our group ranged in age from 18-72 and the home had a perfect setup for maximum comfort for all. The completely open concept on the main floor allowed for togetherness even when enjoying separate activities in the home. The pool and spa was enjoyed even in the rain! The location in central Sea Pines allowed for the bike riders in the group to venture all around Sea Pines. We loved the quick bike ride to the beach and walking our dogs along the many shaded and tropical-like paths. The property manager was very responsive and too care of a minor issue right away. The home is well-equipped for cooking in and the new table is perfect for game nights! We loved our week on HHI and hope to be back some day. Thank you Cahill family!

A great place to stay in Sea Pines

The house was well-appointed and set up perfectly for a multi-generational family beach trip. Our preteen kids loved the pool and all the beach toys and games made available by the owners. The walk to the beach was made easier with a beach cart or by riding bikes we rented. The location is excellent in terms of accessibility to all that Sea Pines has to offer. We loved our time there! The spa/pool was an added touch and just the right size for floating and quick dips. Lots of storage cubbies for hats and shoes so each person could keep up with their belongings. Great memories for years to come. We felt like guest in someone’s well maintained home rather than renters. The Mustard And McAuliffe family.

Wonderful Home and Relaxing Stay

One cannot summarize how wonderful this home is and how relaxing our stay was. The pool was great and the proximity to the beach was excellent. There was plenty of room for all of us and everyone loved the way the home was decorated. Our hosts were wonderful and we cannot thank them enough for opening their home to us as visitors. Cannot say enough nice things and we are looking forward to returning in the future.

Perfectly positioned in Sea Pines, we are just 11 houses away from the beach and a little more than a mile to Harbour Town, South Beach and the Sea Pines Resort Golf and Beach Club. It would be hard to find a cleaner, more well-appointed and centrally located home in Sea Pines.
