The apartment has 180 degree view of the ocean and mountains. It has a great layout with a fully equipped kitchen that opens into the living room area. Bonus it comes with AC which is rare in Vancouver. Hardwood throughout.

The couch is a pull out double.

Dining room is bright with great view of the city.

I try to meet all my guests on check-in, hand the keys, and explain the basics of the apartment and neighbourhood. I will be available during your stay over the phone, and come by if you need any assistance

The Neighbourhood

Downtown Vancouver is made up of 5 areas. Downtown, Yaletown, Gastown, Coal Harbor and West End. You will be in the middle of all areas and they are all walking distance about 5-15 min from this apartment. You will love this location.

Getting Around

There is public transit on every block. Its easy to get here from the airport by Skytrain.

Busses, zipcar, car2go, modo everything at ur doorstep. If you need more directions feel free to ask me.

Vancouver is one of the most lovely seaside cities in Canada and we hope you have a fabulous time here.

Fantastic Stay
This condo was perfect for my daughter and I. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Had everything we needed and more. Owner was very responsive to any questions or requests. Highly recommend!

A great stay!!
This is a great location if you like downtown. Located in a High-rise building walking distance to everything. Oliver was great at responding and taking care of our needs while we stayed her. There was only one small misunderstanding as I had looked at 2 of his listings. We originally thought it slept 6 (2 bedrooms and a pullout couch). we Were only 3 people staying there for the majority of the time but had a friend stay the night and Oliver made sure to have a cot brought over for our convenience and his assistant was alwasy able to answer questions. They both even recommended restaurants that were fantastic. Thank you Oliver, we will be back to stay here again soon.

Fantastic View & Location with Underwhelming Finishings
Central location and view were on target. Strange to get one address via VRBO and another by txt. The txt one was actual address. Carpet stained and "baggy" in living room near master; not what I expected for location or price. Very soft master bed mattress. Used a pot 1 night to make popcorn; had to wash scum ring from inside it first. Layout & seat okay for 3, not more. 4 Adults could not hang out in living room at end of day without also using dining chairs or floor. Finishings were underwhelming. Not as pictured. Did not meet our expectations; worked out ok as we minimized our time in the condo.

Great location & view
Oliver's place is in a great location. Central and easy to get around the city. It's in a nice building with a great gym. The condo was comfortable, clean (except for stains on the carpet which needs overall replacing) and has a fantastic view. It could use more drinking glasses but is otherwise well stocked. It was pouring when we arrived and Oliver kindly offered to pick us up from the train which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Nice place!
This place is great, clean and property manager was so kind, property did not have a regular coffee maker ( it has another type ) so we asked her and she got 1 for us very fast! It is Located in downtown everything is near and public transportation works perfect there! Safe and really nice place! Definitly we recommend this place!

Fantastic property with two bedrooms.
Very nice 2 bedroom apt. with spectacular views. Bedrooms are really comfortable. Management was very easy to reach and helped us out quickly. Sleep sofa in living room was very uncomfortable but they quickly got in a foam mattress to go on top. Well-equipped, just needs a kettle!

convenient location, great views
We appreciated being close to grocery stores and restaurants. Most downtown attractions were within walking distance. The property managers were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us locate a lost cell phone and advise us on good places to dine. Yaletown and Robson shopping are just a couple blocks away. The room was spacious enough for our family of five adults. It was clean, comfortable, and pleasingly decorated. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Vancouver.

What can I say...only superlative words ! ...Amazing view ! Exceptional comfort ! Perfect cleanlines ! Hospitality from host 10 + on scale 1-10 ! Cozy !
