Welcome to the Maddox. This unique 1650 square feet 1 level 3 bedroom executive penthouse located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. No car needed, the Canada Line skytrain (which departs directly from the airport terminal) stops within a block of the apartment, contemporary and elegant furnishings.The Master bedroom has its own private bathroom. Located on the 31 floor this unit has sweeping view of the downtown skyline, water (english bay) and the mountains. All the luxuries you would would expect including AC (rare in vancouver), secure underground parking (extra cost), fitness centre, wifi, cable TV & laundry. The unit is walking distance to grocery (1 block), costco (5.5 blocks), vancouver public library, multiple bars, restaurants, shopping, stanley park, marina with aquabus access to granville island, close to english bay beach and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd beach plus much more. In winter you can skii / snowboard at Cypress mountain which is only a 25 minute drive away or venture off to World Famous Whistler Resort, about an hour and a half drive from apartment. The seawall offers biking, walking, rollerblading, near coal harbour where you can take the seaplane to Vancouver Island and many of the gulf islands, historic gastown is nearby as well as the financial district. Ferry terminal is approx 35 minute drive, seattle about 1.5-2 hours away. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect Christmas!
Our son lives a few blocks away, but his place is TINY; Oliver’s penthouse was perfect for our family over Christmas!! Plenty of room for all five of us! The kitchen is open so the cooks were able to stay connected with the Christmas movies or video games. All the amenities were readily available. Washer/dryer work great! The view is SPECTACULAR! It was even warm enough one day to go out on the deck! We had such a lovely time! Thank you!! ** Oh, and a bonus for the penthouse: the noise down on the streets is so muffled it’s barely noticeable! AND, PERFECT PARKING!! Again, thank you!!

Poor communication and poor experience
My mom had booked this months out and our reservation was cancelled. Shortly after i had booked this place and it was accepted. I reached out to the host less than 24 hours from our stay as I still had not heard about check in details and several hours prior to check in our reservation was cancelled. This left us scrambling on our travel day prior to our arrival.

Fantastic
The condo is in a fantastic location and the large patio makes for a perfect place to watch the sunsets. Very net and clean, well stocked, and everything looks fresh and new. Perfect place to work and play.

Top of the World!
Our 33 floor penthouse apartment was just perfect ( and perfectly spectacular) for our family! While we were in an interesting and diverse neighborhood, it was hard to leave this place-beautiful views from all directions. The large, comfortably furnished terrace was such a bonus. We even grilled “home” one night, just to take in our nighttime surroundings. Vancouver is a wonderful City - we were there to help grandson, (nephew and son) move into his UBC campus apartment, with lots of adventures too ( biking to Stanley Park, walking to Granville Island, Grouse Mountain, Richmond Night Market). Our location was easy to manage the distances. Having a garage space was the best. Can’t wait to return to Oliver’s beautiful home away from home! It’s very special.

Great condo!
This unit has an amazing view and outdoor space. Condo is well decorated and spacious. Location was convenient with a great grocery store 2 blocks away and steps to seawall.

Vancouver Penthouse
Oliver was great, he went as far as to pick us up at the Canada line station downtown. Once at the property he quickly showed us around and gave us some pointers on sites we should visit while in town. We could not do early check in as the place was being cleaned from the previous visitors so he let us put our bags in the unit while we went our for lunch. Overall it was a great place, it is centrally located and the views are amazing.

Amazing views, setup, and location
This place has amazing views and a great setup. I went on a business trip to the area and decided to go with two other coworkers. The amenities were great and the layout made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Oliver the property manager was great with checkin and communication throughout our stay. He was accommodating with the different arrival times of my coworkers and helped us get situated. The unit is pristine with large windows and an amazing view of the sunrise. I cannot say enough how great our stay was, and I will be doing it again in the future.

Perfect location and hosts
My girlfriends and I booked this property for a weekend holiday. The property was beautiful and clean. The deck was large and provided a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location was a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They checked in occasionally to see if we needed anything and were very responsive during the booking process. I cannot say enough good things about this property and its hosts.
