The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.

This 35th floor condo has sweeping views of the ocean and the city of Honolulu and is only a few short blocks from the world-famous Waikiki Beach! This condo comes with a full kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, rice-maker, coffee pot, and any other utensils you may need to have an at home cooking experience on vacation! This kitchen is complete with a dining table and chairs for you and your family to enjoy! The spacious living room has a pull-out couch, love seat, A/C unit, and a mounted TV so you can sit back and relax. The lanai also has chairs and a table for you to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the surfers' hit the waves!

The bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and a great view from the window. The bedroom can be made private with the sliding partition doors or left open for an airier feel. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a spacious countertop, storage, and a powerful detachable showerhead to wash away the long day after beaching and exploring!

Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

We want you to save money and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, FREE covered parking, TV with cable, FREE in room Wi-Fi and an A/C unit in the living room. Condo was very clean and basic necessities available. Kitchen and living room awesome. Beds were clean and clean and quiet. Would book again in future and highly recommend. It is very close to Waikiki Beach.

Great location

Great room and location, accessible two block walk to the beach area. Free parking is available, which is a plus if you have a rental. Parking in the general Waikiki area is usually either paid or hard to find.

Family stay for 3 nights

The view was fantastic. 10 min walk to Waikiki Beach and shops. Stayed with two kids aged 7 and 9. They shared a bed. Sliding doors separated the bedroom from the lounge helped get them to sleep earlier. The apartment was really clean. The common areas are a bit tired, and the pool area is in need of an upgrade. Overall

You should have a toaster for bread and add salt and pepper to the basic items with coffee. There should be cleaning products for the room so we can properly clean it ourselves throughout our stay.

Our stay in Hawaii

We loved the view of our place and how close it was to the beach and shops!! We also enjoyed the heated pool!! Overall it was a great place to enjoy our time in Hawaii with our family!! Side note: the key provided did not open the doors in the garage at night. Not sure if locks were changed but the key provided did not work.

All the way up!

Condo was nice. Views were amazing from the 35th floor! Hotel staff was a bit confused about the parking policy, but got it all cleared. Just make sure you do not have a large SUV because nothing over 6' will fit past the first floor, and the first floor is designated for owners. All in all, I would stay again.... ESPECIALLY at this particular condo!

Property is dated but clean. Location is good and parking is great asset. However, it says we can request for towels and refillable every 4 days, the towels came but no coffee and shampoo refills after 2 email requests and when I called to follow up, they said it would come that afternoon but never showed. Also some random man and what looks like a maintanence worker entered our unit to measure curtains while we stayed there which was very strange and awkward, but we were just getting ready to leave so we let them finish anyway. Overall communication was poor and 3 days without coffee when we were expecting them was not good.

Overall good with a few areas for easy improvement

We liked the location. Good proximity to Waikiki beach and lots of restaurants. The two queen beds were great. The wifi was terrible and barely worked. The pool and hot tub are fantastic but the mall cops are coming around all the time harassing all the pool guests. The barbecue was not available for use for some reason with locks covering where you had to put quarters in for use.

Great view of the beach

Great location. Parking secure. Room Looks better in pictures, was a little rundown. The check in process online was a little confusing. I had to read through it a few times. Really super disappointed that the pool and the hot tub were closed during my stay. (No notice) Also, the water got turned off for a few hours. . Beds are a little hard for my taste. The ad says sleeps six… No way! For the price a great deal. I’d stay again.

Excellent location and apartment

We had a great 7 day stay here. We found all the facilities clean and accessible. The apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed except teaspoons, blankets and a working kitchen sink plug. The location was fantastic, with everything nearby. Balcony with it's ocean view was divine. We would highly recommend staying here due to price and location. Our only issue was being told our apartment was ready at 10am so we took out our luggage from storage and went to the apartment to find it wasn't ready and the cleaner had just turned up. We then had to wait 2.5hours. The cleaner did allow us to leave our luggage in the apartment but we had other smaller luggage we had to hold onto due to valuables. We could have asked for blankets but we didn't get around it, i do fell they should have been included though. Unsure why there are no teaspoons and also why the sink didn't have a plug. We did ask for one and it was not delivered. Overall though, minor things and we were very happy.

MAUI TOURNAMENT

Was a perfect fit for family of 4 adults. Parking was a great asset and glad we had it. Very close to Beach. Did not do much at condo so am not sure if was well supplied for what needed but looked that way. Phone did not work and could not figure out TV to uase it. Also, had three different times listed for checkout, email said 9, booklet in condo said 10, and posting on door said 11. Then at 9;15 someone came to door to make sure we were on our way out when we were planning 11 like posting stated. Could use info on what is located near by and how to get services. Folder left in condo really did not supply any info for someone from out of town. But really pleased with stay and will gladly stay again if get back to Hawaii. Overall a good bargain for the location and view.

Pros and cons

Overall this place is great for the space, price, location and perks but there were some major issues with the door system. We arrived at exactly 4pm, input the code and are denied entry so we contact the property manager (no one in the building has access). We spent about an hour on the phone with him trouble shooting the door but even after several hard resets the door would not open so they have to send someone with a hard copy of the key. At this point we had been traveling for 15+ hours and are exhausted, starving. Whoever we were speaking to was unsympathetic, telling us to be more patient, that they were away at a family reunion and their employee was coming “on her day off” to help us (as if this was our fault??). After 2 hours spent in the hallway she arrives. She was so sweet but was told by her bosses that she could not leave the key with us. This made us incredibly uncomfortable. What if this had happened in the middle of the night and we were unable to get in touch with anyone? Reluctantly she left the key and throughout our stay the door malfunctioned about 50% of the time (would have been screwed without it). The real kicker is that we asked if we could have a late checkout to make up for the 2 hours we spent locked out during check-in. The property manager promptly replied that no, we could not as it is “policy” that they do not allow late check outs and their maintenance guy will be there “at 10AM sharp” to collect the key (no one actually arrived until 1025)

Waikiki Banyan - Koko Resorts - condo - Oct15-29

Pros: The condo was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. We all really appreciated the heated toilet seat! :-) The location worked well for us, and the parking garage was a major plus--great that it had security, too (and all the security folks were very nice). We also appreciated the beach chairs and towels, although there were only 3 chairs, and we had 4 people. Cons: The key we were provided for the after-hours parking garage doors did not work. I left a message with the number provided to get a new one and never received a reply. Thankfully, another group in the building (where the Koko office *used* to be) gave me one. I also never got a reply to an email about the tub plug not working. One of our party wanted to take a bath, but the plug didn't fit, so she couldn't fill the tub. Also, the kitchen sink stopped did not fit, which meant we couldn't fill the sink to do dishes. We wound up buying a dish tub for that. Communication seems to be an issue. When I called, all I got was a very long recording--never once got a person.

部屋の中は眺めも含め完璧でしたただ音に関してはかなり不快でした。夜遅くまで外の喧騒がかなりうるさくエレベーターの上がり下がりの音も非常に大きく聞こえますエレベーターに乗るのに辛抱強く待たなければなりません。

It was a great place!

We enjoyed staying here. Our favorite thing was the night time city view! I don’t know how I missed it in the listing, but having some beach chairs and boogie boards was great! The check in was super easy and quick. The only downfalls were lack or space (more than a hotel though) but with 6 people and everyone with suitcases, it made it tight. Also we couldn’t find a cookie sheet or oven mitts to cook some frozen pizzas we bought for a quick lunch. That was hard to do and would’ve been nice to have. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We really liked the location of the condo and it worked great for our needs. The condo was totally fine! The hallways of the building really look worn and in disrepair which gives a negative impression, but once inside condo it was nice!
