Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from the Living room and bedrooms!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 45" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, we also allow two children to sleep on the sofa, linens are provided.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Beautiful unit!

The condo was beautiful and in great shape!! The facility was quiet in the off-season and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be aware: the unit is sparsely equipped when it comes to some basic items- no hand soap, no extra trash bags, etc. Also note that they are strict in terms of no early check in being available and the checkin time is quite late.

Family vacation

Fabulous location! Great for the grand babies lots to keep them busy. Close to many restaurants and shops. Definitely would recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The condo was amazing and in great location. The trip was for bachelorette trip and was big enough for all the girls. Check in was easy and condo was very clean. Decor was very pretty. We have already been looking into stay in the condo for another trip. Would love to stay here again.

Best Place I Have Ever Stayed!

This is the most beautiful and clean property I’ve ever stayed at. The listing is 100% accurate. The only thing that is not posted is that when you check in the person at the desk will give you wrist bands for everyone over the age of 5, once you put them on there is no way to take them off, we were not aware of that and a couple of people in our group put theirs on a little too tight. Its a small detail, it did not affect the trip, just giving the heads up for anyone else who stays here. 10/10 recommend this property.

1801 west beach Blvd Phoenix property

Great stay at this unit. View was amazing ! Everything worked great. Little short on freezer space and ice maker had to be reset to work properly, but overall a wonderful kept unit with great benefits. AC was very good ... there were no problems.

Very good overall except for your parking pass policy. I had my renal car exchanged and the pass I purchased on Sunday did not get transferred. I was made to pay an additional $58 or my car would be towed. I did not think that was fair. We had proof I paid.

There was plenty of room, the view was amazing and the kids loved the tennis court. The owner was terrific to work with! We spent everyday at the beach, the pool and hot tubs. We love going to the Hangout, Pappa Raccos and FloraBama. We also utilized Sandcastle University which was a great activity for all of to learn how to build some pretty awesome sandcastles. March 2023 Family Trip

Overall very nice condo and location. We enjoyed the small grocery store right across the street and the friendliness of all the staff we interacted with. The kitchen had everything we needed and the view was amazing. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and playing in the waves. It was too cold to really enjoy the outdoor pool but my kids gave the slide a couple rounds and still enjoyed it. My mom has trouble walking but she was able to get down to the beach and walk to the shore via the elevator and ramp. You will need a code to get to the beach and that wasn’t communicated until we couldn’t open the gate and another person told us. The only negative was the beds were really loud, as in they creaked every time someone turned over or sat down, even my kids noticed and complained. I would rent with Phoenix again.

Need to have it cleaned by a different company or something. Noticed some gross stuff. Had a pair of someone’s black bathing suit bottom on chair on balcony. Fake eye lashes found stuck to the side of a bed. The shower curtain in the shared bathroom had mildew at bottom and I had to clean the drain in the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned. The counter tops to the bathrooms and kitchen were not clean either. Kinda weird with how nice the place was. Almost as if someone forgot to clean the entire place but did half of it great! Overall it was amazing though! Great location, great decor, nice beds. I would stay here again for sure if the cleaning was gauanteed.

Great Location!!

This place is great for family’s. We enjoyed being on the beach and the two pool options for kids. Our view was spectacular! Biggest complaint is the loud beds. Every time you moved or even rolled over the entire bed creaked. This made it challenging with little ones who were sleeping in cribs. Ever room was seriously really loud haha. Unfortunately the pool heater broke part way through our stay so the heated pool was pretty cold. Also our dryer in our unit didn’t work very well. We finally figured out the issue the final day, but it wouldn’t dry things except on one setting. Water pressure was pretty limited and lights seemed to be dim or flickering in certain rooms. Vacuum that was provide was operational as well. None of this was a negative for us, but I think the unit could use a bit of maintenance / upkeep. Overall I would still recommend this and rank it 4.8/5 :) *Please upgrade the beds and box springs :)

Beautiful Views and Great Location

We stayed the entire week and had a blast. Close to restaurants with a short walk to some and others just a short car ride. There's a small convenient grocery store right across the street for last minute items. The Walmart is maybe 2 miles away for Groceries. The property is right on the beach and from the 18th floor you can watch Dolphins and see other things in the water from the covered balcony. From the balcony we even saw a Shark swimming along the shore in the morning. The condo is plenty big enough for multiple people to stay and not feel crowded. The view from the unit with corner and back windows is amazing. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and we cooked quite a bit. The property has an indoor and outdoor pool we we used alot and the beach is big and lots of room to spread out if you don't want to be right next to someone. We went the 2nd week of September which is the start low season and it was awesome. Light crowds and no waiting at most restaurants. The maintenance crew at the property were always cleaning and improving the place so it was clean everywhere. Also the gym in the building has alot to offer as afar as equipment. It has a full view of the beach and made working out almost fun. ;)

It was a good location for a family with young kids. The indoor pool was a hit but I wish the outdoor pool would have been heated. The beach was so close which made it an easy walk with all our beach gear. While the beach was crowed there was room to spread out and best of all, it was a well behaved crowd of mostly families. The unit was very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The cabinets need to be sorted out and organized and we would have appreciated a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors which obviously had not been mopped. We are a family that takes their shoes off when we go inside and within minutes the bottom of everyone's feet were black. One other negative was that the beds made so much noise when you moved in them...not sure why this was. We mostly stayed on the property and cooked our own meals but we did get seafood from S&S Seafood Market which was great. There are lots of miniature golfs places and arcades nearby for a break from the beach. We will consider this property again for future trips.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and met all of our needs...just a couple of complaints. The beds are EXTREMELY noisy. You couldn't even turn over in the bed with waking someone, certainly not get in the bed. We had a baby in our room in a porta-crib and woke her up every time we went to bed. That was very frustrating. The other problem was the blinds. We wanted to lower them because of the glare at the table while we were playing a game, And they were crazy! One came down and we couldn't get it back up, And the one beside it came all the way down...as in the blind was still closed together, but was at the bottom of the window instead of the top. I don't know if they were broken or what, but future renters need warning not to touch or instructions if they do actually work. If those two matters could be taken care of, you'd have a 5 star rating across the board from me!
