Our condo is perfectly situated on the prized East corner, 19th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and a flat screen 55" Smart TVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 55" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, and two queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



Phoenix Orange Beach is perfectly located right in the middle of Orange Beach! Conveniently located across the street are grocery stores and several restaurants including Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen and many more.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

As beautifully decorated as this unit was not as clean as other units we have rented. Beds were uncomfortable, toilets were dirty, rugs under coffee & dining tables had crumbs under them. Dishwasher had not been emptied. Shame that such a beautiful condo gets an unfavorable review.

Awesome condo with great views
We had a great stay at The Phoenix. The condo was beautiful with the most incredible views in each room. The only thing we could share for future renters who love to cook, is the quality of the cookware was very low and needs replaced.

Our only complaint was the condo was not cleaned well before we arrived. Some of the windows and table tops were filthy and sticky so they obviously were skipped and the rug around the dining table had crumbs all over it so I guess it wasn't vacuumed. They need to upgrade the towels for this unit in quality and quantity. We had the bare minimum (1 hand towel per bathroom and just enough bath towels) and they are small, thin & scratchy. Everything else was amazing and we'd love to stay here again!!!

Awesome stay!
We had an awesome time here! The location was perfect and the accommodations of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were great for our 3 generations of 5 adults and 2 kids. The corner view is like no other and watching the sunrise each morning was a highlight! The variety of furniture on the balcony was amazing. Beach, indoor and outdoor pool were great, we loved having so many options especially the indoor pool since our first couple days were very cool. The ice maker was very helpful too! We ate at many restaurants in the area and loved walking to the CoastAL so much we went multiple times. We would stay again in a heartbeat. A couple things were that we did wish we had more than a small Keurig. It was time consuming to make coffee for 5 adults in the morning without a larger pot, which I would expect to have in a unit this size. Also, the dining room table chairs legs were all very loose, my husband pinched his finger pretty bad in one of them scooting into the table. Another one fell completely off and we fixed it with a screwdriver from our car. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because although the unit was clean, baseboards and some of the nooks and crannies could use a more thorough dusting. None of these things took away at all from our stay, just some critiques!

Amazing views!
This property is a gem. It was perfect for 2 families of 4 with tweens and teens. The beds are super comfy, kitchen has everything you need to cook including an air fryer, bathrooms are spotless, and furniture was perfect! The pools were great- only downside is that they do close the indoor pool during rain and storms- which stinks when we were hoping to continue the fun. Beach access is great, sand is super soft and they have great sprayer stations on the board walk to clean off. Please be aware that there are very small jellyfish in the water in March- we had lots of stings and chose to hang at the pools most of the time. The outdoor pool isn’t heated and it’s a bit cold in early spring. It’s a bit of a drive to the touristy spots in gulf shores but not a huge deal- the parking ramp is really nice and we loved the grocery carts to load and unload the car. We had the best time and would definitely come back to stay again!

Wonderful rental!
My husband and I come to Orange Beach twice a year. We always stay at the Phoenix Orange Beach as we love that it’s central to everything. This was our first time in this unit and we loved it! Very comfortable, well decorated and the views were amazing! Charlie was easy to work with and quick to respond. We will be booking another trip for September. :)

DO NOT RECOMMEND PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH #1906 OR CHARLIE SAUNDERS
It was obvious this condo was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Dirty dishes were found in cabinets, broken appliances, light bulbs burnt in almost every room, found disgusting, gross items on shelf under dining table, dirty microwave, shower curtain mildewed, leg broken on dining chair, stains (brown spots) on all dining table chairs, sheets had brown spots on them on 3 beds, swivel rockers were dirty, guest bedroom bath door would not lock or stay closed, plumbing leak in kitchen obviously there for a long time because there was something in place to catch the water leak however never fixed even though they knew about it, wifi was extremely weak, oven was dirty from drippings and never cleaned. These items obviously were not recent. Many had been there a while. No excuse based on the price I paid. Charlie Saunders was very unprofessional when contacted and even hung up on me. This unit was very expensive. He did not want to hear about any problems and didn't by hanging up on me. I would not recommend this unit no matter how good it looks on the site. I would not recommend using Charlie Saunders either. He was rude and unprofessional. Once he received his money he could care less about your stay.
