This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo sleeps 13 and features 2 Gulf Front Master Suites. Plenty of space to bring the entire crew & vacation in style!

Includes 2 FREE beach service sets. 4 padded lounge chairs and 2 large umbrellas directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $80/day $480/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.


If you're looking for a spot that has an upscale experience with a homey feel, this is the place for you! With plenty of relaxing space indoors, and many amenities on site, Ocean Ritz has it all and is ready to give you a beach vacation for years to come! As you walk into this unit you will have a view of the kitchen, dining room and living room leading out to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The bar area seats 5 and is the perfect spot for making drinks before heading to the beach! The gorgeous dining room can seat 8. The living room features a Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room and has Sunbrella material! As you go out onto the spacious balcony you will have an amazing view of the Gulf!

When going into the bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom. Each side features Gulf Front Suites. Both of them have King size beds with their own private access to the 500 sq. foot balcony. One of the guest bedrooms features 1 King bed & 1 Twin bed, and the other features a Bunk Room with 3 Full Size beds. Ocean Ritz has its own amenities on property such as a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, & fitness center. There is also 24 hour security and 2 elevators for your convenience and safety. Enjoyed our stay!
The property itself was very nice. We had a few issues when we arrived, which most were taken care of the next morning. The issue we had was with the A/C, i kept reporting to the condo management that it would not stay below 76 degrees, but no one came. Finally i reported it to the owner and they were there within an hour. Simple fix!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean with the exception of palmetto bugs in the kitchen. Could for sure use more kitchen towels and hot pads. There was one kitchen towel and no hot pads at all. Toilet paper was lacking also

Perfect for our Family Trip
The property was just as described with enough space for 3 generations. The unit is comfortably furnished and supplied with everything we needed. The outdoor space is large and nicely furnished. The corner balcony was spacious and provided a perfect view of the beach and fireworks. We will definitely book this beautiful home again.

The location was perfect. The balcony is the best part of the condo. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. Easy access to the beach. Air conditioning was great here as well. Downside of staying here is parking. Parking is terrible. The condo also needs thicker comforters for the beds. Other than that the stay was great.

I wished there were better check in instructions that told you exactly where to unload, get luggage carts, park, etc.. the garage is very tight so trying to maneuver it and figure out where you’re going was stressful. Aside from that, no major issues. The place was as described but could use a deep clean. The kitchen has enough to get you by but there weren’t any staple items like Salt/Pepper, coffee, etc. Along that same vein, there were no beach accessories like buckets, toys or floats in the unit. Im not knocking the host for either but some beach condos provide these and I wanted the next person to know! Location is great, be sure to walk across the street to The Daquiri Shack! The rental comes with 4 chairs (2 sets of 2 loungers w/umbrellas) which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall, the layout was perfect. The weather was amazing. Our only complaint was the condo was not as clean as it should have been when we arrived. After unpacking, all of our feet were dirty We bought our own mopping solution to clean the floors.

Great Place!
Stayed in 1103 with my brother, sister and our families and had a blast. Parking was a hassle but we figured it out (just pay for the duration of your stay in the paid lot of you have more than 1 vehicle, it will save you so much time and energy). The big beds were very comfortable but the kids did say that the bunk beds were annoyingly loud and creaky. Kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed, including an ice maker from the fridge which was a bonus. Best part was the balcony and the perfect view of the gulf!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 3rd year with this management company, every year a new fee; $500 hospitality fee, fee for bracelets for an advertised pool, etc. Company sent an email to clients saying there would be a 10% discount for return clients, then when you asked for the discount, you were offered less than half the advertised discount. The final straw, the same condo was $350 cheaper on VRBO that the lowest offered price by this management group. At the last minute they switched us from the condo we rented into one that need several repairs and was not very clean. No water pressure in kitchen, broken toilet, missing/damaged trim, plaster chipping off ceiling, etc. I bring my roomba, I had to empty the roomba 3 times before it finished the first vacuuming; full of hair and picked up some sort of pills.

Ocean Ritz experience!
The place is awesome! We’re so ecstatic with the view, over looking the ocean with breeze that soothes your soul. The rooms are big enough for family and friends, clean and neat. The property manager is nice and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely come back.

I need to let everyone know about this condo and Ocean Ritz then you can decide if you want to spend your money here. I wish I could post pictures so you could truly see just how nasty this place is. The couch and loveseat are so disgusting!!! There was sand on the counter tops from the moment we walked into the condo, food on the wall and the base boards look like they have never been cleaned. I would never walk barefooted because of how dirty the floors were. My 4 year old niece found a prescription pill on the floor beside her bed (an area that should have been vacuumed or sweep),that was left behind by previous renters!! We had an issue with the AC and the hot water heater, which can happen and I totally understand. It was the lack of communication and the length of time it took to be repaired. Almost 2 days before the hot water heater was repaired. We have sent an email to Jonathan Caldwell the property manager 1 week ago, and still haven't heard ANY thing from him. The parking at Ocean Ritz is a nightmare!!! There is ONE parking spot for 1103. You will be given 2 parking passes, but the other spot is in an overflow parking lot across the street that only has 25 parking spots for a 21 floor condo! So if you don't get one of those spots then you will be paying $12 a day for parking. I will say the beds were very comfortable and the balcony was nice. DO NOT BOOK if you are at all OCD about cleanliness!! In the off season a deep cleaning and some esthetic repairs desperately need to be done!!

Nice porch but dirty.
This is not a place we plan on staying at again and heard this a lot from others this week. The parking was horrible if have more than 1 car. The elevators there is only 2 and takes forever to get up and down pretty much all day. The pool was extremely small and too crowded. The the actual condo was nice size, comfortable beds, room size was good, loved size of the patio and there was plenty of seats which was nice. But the condo was dirty. I cleaned the one vent was so bad, the kitchen and floors were also dirty when we checked in. The kitchen was a mess actually we had to organize it just to be able to find things.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the large balcony and the space in the condo. Unfortunately we were not notified of the new key pad and code to access condo prior to arrival and had to call emergency number. Also there was maintenance on the elevator so all 23 floors had to utilize 1 working elevator and lots of delays. The parking also was limited and not accurate.

Add to that an older gentleman policing the pool area asking people to show their wristband. Now, I’m not sure who would want to wear an ugly plastic wristband for an entire week on their beach vacation, so I attached ours to my beach bag. According to this man, who displayed no identification, this is not allowed. I have stayed at the Ocean Ritz for multiple years and this has never been an issue. He was really going overboard. The weather was awful for the whole week we were there, so this guy was just one more annoyance in my opinion.

Amazing Balcony at the Ocean Ritz

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 2 months at the Ocean Ritz and had a most excellent snowbird adventure. The accommodations were quite comfortable and large (4 bedrooms 4 baths) and the views were amazing. Spent much of our time on the balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, etc. The kitchen was outfitted with good quality dinnerware/silverware/cookware and every kitchen gadget you would need. The only downfalls were the position of the refrigerator (up against the wall so you could not reach into the freezer - major inconvenience). The parking situation was crazy. Very small, hard to maneuver in parking garage which was mostly empty and yet we still had to park across the street. And the stackable washer/dryer was in a very tight spot behind the door and made it difficult to get to. Not to mention how long it took to do a load of laundry. The living room tv kept getting off sync and the words would come out then the lips would follow. Very frustrating watching tv. Other than those annoying circumstances, we were very comfortable and would love to return. I highly recommend Ocean Ritz for a quiet, relaxing, comfortable place to watch the beach activities and catch some rays. Just a suggestion, a nice reading chair in the living would be an excellent addition. The couch and loveseat are quite saggy. We had to use the outside chair cushions for some added support.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked one room but only stayed in it a couple of nights. There was a water leak and the water had to be turned off in our room. We had to wait around all day to find out if we would be moved to a different room or not which interfered with our plans for that day. We finally got to move rooms but had to wait for it to be cleaned. The second room was clean and nice. The building is older and could use some renovation but nothing bad. They did have a fire alarm testing day for 2 days which was loud but necessary. The issue with our second room was the dryer. It ruined about $200 of clothing due to the lint trap having a piece broken from it and it was catching the clothes during the cycle. Over all we had a great vacation. Beautiful ocean views.
