ROOM:

The Grand Luxxe Loft room is a Luxurious & Spacious unit, excellent for a family of 4 with 2 adults & 2 kids under 12. Room is with high ceilings that features either a King-size bed or two Double beds, Plush living room with 2 huge sleeper sofa’s. Dining area for 4, 2 Large Screen TVs & a kitchenette that has top of the line appliances including espresso maker. Browse the pictures to get a real feel of the room, as words cant justify its grandeur.
The Grand Luxxe Tower 5 that houses the Lofts offers the ultimate experience on the top floor terrace with a huge Infinity swimming Pool, Fabulous Steak & Seafood Restaurant, huge space to lounge around.
Housekeeping is included and provides fresh towels, linens and other supplies twice each day including a turn down service in the evening, 24-hour room service. Free Wifi, Fitness centers, Tennis & Gym. Concierge on every floor to help you with anything from Dinner reservations, Excursions, Tee times, Spa appointments, Grocery shopping, etc. Daily coffee and tea service in the morning on each floor, arrange the time with your concierge.

FOOD:

Enjoy gourmet dining or casual eating while sitting poolside, swimming in the pool, lounging on a garden terrace or in a lovely indoor space while overlooking sweeping views. GOLF:

It has 2 Globally renowned Golf courses, Greg Norman & Jack Nicklaus, both circuits are divided by the largest suspension bridge for carts in the world, the simple fact of crossing it is already an anecdote to tell. There is also a Par 3 course at the Lakes just in front of the Grand Luxxe towers, that offers ten short holes and is lit for night-time play. The Jack Nicklaus Golf Course is a natural and technical masterpiece, 6,668 yard, par 70 course that is a joy to play for every player. At the Pro Shop, T-time can be scheduled prior to your arrival with the help of your own floor Concierge.

Golfers, you can rent equipment, shoe's & golf carts if needed, but better to carry your golf gear to enjoy repeatedly the real flavor of the Golf courses. .

SPA:

For Spa Lovers, there are 2 Options, The Spatium & The Brio. Spatium is a healing center, which takes treatments and practices from different ancient and current cultures, while focusing on the regeneration of body and soul. Brio, on the other hand, has a temazcal ceremony, a pre-hispanic ritual whose purpose is to connect the human being with nature. Pamper yourself with massages, healing therapies, fully-equipped fitness center, wellness curriculum. The spa offers a full range of spa services including massage (our membership entitles you to 2-for-1 basic massage). You can use the hot tub, sauna, steam room, cold pool and swiss shower for no additional fee any day, just call ahead & make the reservation to ensure that they have free space available when you walk in.

POOLS:

27 pristine pools, pools ranging from intimate-and-tranquil to active-and-kid friendly, including a Lazy River, countless pools and swim-up bars.

BEACH:

Over 1 mile of beautiful beach, where luxurious Cabanas can be pre booked with extra fees to spend the day until beautiful sunset with great sea food & massage. Its advisable to pre book the Cabana the day you arrive at the resort, as they tend to get booked pretty quickly. Other activities at beach are para sailing, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding etc., all for extra fees.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE:

As our guests, you are entitled for airport pick up by the Resorts Airport Shuttle in Puerto Vallarta at a nominal rate of "around" $ 20 USD/person, airport pick up pre booking needed, please call resort directly at 1800-421-4161 to book. Return from Resort to Airport can also be booked at the Concierge on your floor. If you are renting a car, parking is available for a nominal fee as well at the resort, you park the car at the main guest parking beside the meet & greet entrance and after that the resort shuttle take you to your tower.

IMPORTANT:

1) This rental is for a Grand Luxxe Loft in Nuevo Vallarta, its not an All-Inclusive resort, minimum booking is for 7 nights based on availability, it excludes Christmas, New Years, Holy and Easter weeks, but if you need these weeks we can check availability and related upcharge. Max occupancy is 4, 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 yrs/old). Check-in 5pm, check-out latest 10am., if you reach a few hours early, the luggage can be left at the tower reception & you can get the resort wrist bands that will allow you to access the pools, restaurants etc. until your room is ready for check-in, the same is also applicable for Check-Out in case your travel/flight is after a few hours of Check-Out. Check-in and check-out on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday only. In case you plan to check out before the 7th day, its possible but there will be no refunds as the minimum booking period is for 7 nights.
2) Spa, golfing, shopping, food and beverages are additional costs. Our membership entitles you to 2-for-1 basic massage as explained in detail above under SPA.

5) Final reservation confirmation subject to availability. The resort charges about $12 USD per person per day resort fee at check-out for all international travelers. This fee is not applicable for children under the age of 12. There is also an energy tax of about $10 USD per day charged by the resort. Fee/Tax subject to change without notice.
6) Closing Costs & Transfers fees to be paid by you.
