Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Not too far from the activities of Pigeon Forge. The downstairs area was perfect for our teens/preteens. The cabin had everything we needed & the hosts were excellent in communicating with us to see if we had any questions, etc., prior to arrival.

Perfect for family vacation

This cabin was great for our family vacation. The kids loved the games downstairs. Enough space for us all to stay and enjoy time together! The owners were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

This spacious cabin has everything you need to have a relaxing comfortable stay. It's was very clean on arrival and had beautiful black bear decor throughout. We even got a chance to see one in the valley below the huge deck.

Great house for multiple families

The location and property were quiet but not far from attractions. The house was described as the pictures. The basement was a hit with the kids! Great communication with the owner!

Home away from home .

I can’t say enough about our stay . This is the second time we stayed at Bearfootin Retreat. We stayed in 2020 and enjoyed it so much we wanted to stay in the same place again. It was perfect for our family. Close enough to everything, but just enough privacy . The host were very easy to get ahold &very informative about the weather & the power outage. We will definitely return 😊!!

Nice and comfortable place

The cabin was nice and clean. It smelled really good when we first walked in the door. The only thing that was wrong is that we expected a refrigerator downstairs which it showed in the pictures and then wasnt there when we arrived. My 86 year old father in law had to come upstairs when he wanted a cold drink but other than that it was great. A suggestion would be to have the sliding glass door easier to open. We would like to stay here again in the future.

Family pre-Christmas get away

This property was absolutely wonderful. This was a family trip with kids, grandkids etc. We were so excited when we opened the door to find the home beautifully decorated for Christmas with Christmas trees lite and all....really put us in the Christmas mood. We have used VRBO for years and this was by far the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. The grandkids loved the game room and the layout with a bedroom, kitchen, bath & great room downstairs worked out perfect for the parents and kids. The outside of the home was also a win. Nice & peaceful and everyone enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We stayed on the go, so really didn't get to enjoy the property as much as we could have. The perfect home if you are wanting to just relax as a family and not necessarily stay on the go.....that is our plan for our next visit. It is the perfect place for that also. The owners were wonderful and quick to answer any questions we had. You cannot go wrong with the VRBO home.

Best Rental Yet

This home is fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet and the cabins are far enough apart to give plenty of privacy. Our 3 teen/tweens had their own space and had a blast with the gaming area. The evening views of the cabins in the nearby mountain tops were great. I was worried about steep mountain roads. Some are winding but none are scary. This is only the 2nd time in 11 years we have gone to a rental property and everything was in working condition. The owners were fabulous with all communications and the house is exactly as pictured. They obviously take pride in their properties and it shows. This is the 1st time we can honestly say we want to return a previous rental. As soon as the next years school calendar is available, we will be booking our next stay here! Thank you!!!!!

Highly recommend

Great place for staying near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Owners were great to work with, they stayed in touch. Made sure if we needed anything they were available. The house was clean and just as advertised. Stayed here with my sibs when my daughter got married. We didn't have time to use the fire pit but it was ready to go for us if we did. It was a great area, everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable, furniture was comfortable. Really have nothing negative to say about the place or the owners.

Pigeion Forge, TN

We were a group of (6) mature adults. We came in a motorhome pulling out motorcycles in an enclosed trailer. There was plenty of room to park our rig and the trailer. They also had an area that we could park our cycles under the porch. That was a nice feature. Very nice home and plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time and enjoyed out stay. Wonderful stay!!

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures. It was super clean when we arrived, no problems with anything. Everything worked and it was well stocked. Am way products were readily available for washing clothes, dishwasher and doing dishes. The property managers were magnificent with anything that happened ( like the raccoons and bear, getting in the trash)

Pennsylvania Girls Getaway

The cabin was beautiful! The inside was all decorated for Christmas and felt so homey. Very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The location was very nice and easily accessible. We loved our stay and are looking at booking again next year but for a whole week instead of just a weekend. Lee and Cindy were so nice!

Great place to stay, clean and in awesome condition. Owners were fantastic, will stay there again

The house was perfect and is just far enough out of town to be in a quiet place. The games room was alot of fun and the air hockey table was a highlight for us. Driveway is big enough for 5 vehicles not so much if you have a large trailer. We were there for Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion and will stay here again.

We took all of our grown sons and one grandson to this amazing cabin. There was ample room and so much to do. The cabin was stocked with everything one would need for their stay. I can not wait for our next stay!

Perfect getaway!

This home was perfect for our family vacation to the Pidgeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The home was clean and well furnished for two families. We enjoyed being off the beaten path, yet close enough that travel to various attractions was not too far. Our children enjoyed the lower level playing pool and the arcade during downtime in between activities. We also made use of the hot tub on the few cooler evenings as well as the pool down the road. The owners were great with communication, checked in on a us a few times and offered up lots a suggestions for how to best enjoy the area.

Family time

We loved the quietness of the area . The grandchildren enjoyed the pool table, hockey table, and video games. The hot tub was a hit also. It was decorated beautifully. We hope to be back !
