Detached house with private parking 4 km from the sea
The house is located in the south of Sardinia in a typical Sardinian town, Villa San Pietro, a stone's throw from the historic center. The village is quiet and at the same time offers everything you need: supermarket, weekly market, shops, bars, post office, playground and a small medieval church. The next beach is only 4 km away and up to the famous beaches of Chia, among the most beautiful on the island, it is about 20 km away

The house is independent, completely fenced and parked inside the property. The internal space is bright and extends over 120 square meters which can accommodate up to 6 people. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and a closet with washing machine. All bedrooms are air conditioned with a beautiful view of the countryside and greenery surrounding the house.
The large room is furnished with a sofa corner in front of the fireplace and a large massive dining table with chairs in front of the balcony overlooking the garden. The kitchen has just been renovated in a countryside style with light colors and offers a 5 flame stove, an oven, a large fridge and a work bench large enough to prepare all kinds of delicacies that can be enjoyed in the dining room or also at the table outside on the veranda amid the radiant colors of the Hibiscus and the green lawn.

Perfect location!

Isabella's home is tucked in a small neighborhood just around the corner from the town center and a small market. Her home is spacious and clean with a well stocked kitchen with all the items you would need to prepare meals at home. The home has lots of windows which can be opened to let the fresh air in but the air conditioning in the bedrooms is nice when it is too hot. The bathroom is spacious although there is not much in the way of towel racks to hang bath towels. The best part is the covered porch in the front of the house which is surrounded by trees, bushes and beautiful flowers! We spent most of our time there enjoying the beautiful breezes. The neighborhood is very quiet. It really felt like home! Thank you Isabella!

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus, ruhige Umgebung, hilfsbereite Vermieterin und nette Nachbarn

Wir haben die Tage im Haus genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, mit schöner Terrasse und liebevoll eingerichtetem Garten. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Insgesamt ist alles im Haus von sehr guter Qualität. Es gab am Anfang Unstimmigkeiten wegen unserem Haustier, was sich aber dann später von alleine geklärt hat. Insgesamt sind wir zum Schluss sehr zufrieden gewesen. Care Isabella, grazie mille! Abbiamo apprezzato i giorni in casa. La casa è molto ben tenuta, con una bella terrazza e un giardino arredato con cura. Tutte le camere dispongono di aria condizionata. I materassi sono molto comodi. Nel complesso, tutto in casa è di ottima qualità. All'inizio c'erano disaccordi sul nostro animale domestico, ma si è risolto da solo in seguito. Nel complesso, alla fine siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Cara Isabella, grazie mille!

Total immersion with all the comforts

...We had never been to Sardinia before but wanted to experience it properly, we booked away from the main Cities & rented a car to go places. This was the perfect little bolt hole after a day of exploring. Totally detached with electric gates ( so you don't have to get out of the car, ) walking distance to two Pizzerias & many more within 10 minute drive, plus the all important air con which helped to relax at night. No need to worry about supplies as there was a local shop less than 5 minute walk away & the kitchen had the usual pots & pans etc so evening meals were easy to make. The owner was absolutely lovely, & although we didn't speak Italian she made us feel incredibly welcome & we managed to communicate quite well using the Google translate app. Thank you very much for having us, we would definitely come back again.

Quiet house in great location

We stayed for a week in August with 2 children and a baby. The house was light, airy and spacious, and in a great location. It was only a couple of minutes walk to the supermarket and pretty main square in Villa San Pietro, where you could pick up most of your daily essentials. Despite being so close to the centre, the house was peaceful with no traffic noise. It has a pretty little garden with colourful flowers and an outdoor shower and a nice covered balcony at the front where you can sit and relax in the heat of the day. Locally it is well worth visiting Nora for the beaches and archeological site, and it only takes about 30 minutes to drive into the historic capital, Cagliari. Isa and her English speaking friend Anna couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. We'd thoroughly recommend this property.

Zwei tolle Wochen!!!

Wir waren Ende August Anfang September bei Isa zu Gast – vielen Dank für die nette Gastfreundschaft. Danke auch an Anna, die uns mit Infos versorgt hat. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Soviel Besteck, Teller und Gläser hatten wir glaube ich noch nie. Außerdem ist es sehr geschickt gelegen, Bäcker Metzger mit Gemüseladen und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist alles fußläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Einzig die Hähne und Hunde in der Nachbarschaft waren nachts unruhig und aktiv. So dass es besser war die Fenster geschlossen zu lassen, da es ansonsten zu laut war. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

2 schöne ruhige Wochen

Wir waren Anfang August für 2 Wochen in dem Haus, erst zu 5. und die zweite Woche zu 4.. Dabei hatten wir immer genug Platz durch die drei Schlafzimmer und den Garten. Allgemein war es war sehr ruhig und entspannt, das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Villa san Pietro aber am Ende einer Sackgasse, so hat man keinen Verkehr. Aussen im schönen Garten gibt es eine Dusche, für die Kinder haben wir ab und zu unser kleines Planschbecken voll gemacht. Alle wichtigen Sachen wie Post, Supermarkt und Gemüseladen/Metzger sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, nach Pula für alles weitere sind es mit dem Auto fuenf Minuten. Im Umkreis gibt es einige Strände ab ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto, wir waren oft in Chia (ca. 20-25 Minuten) da da dort die besten Strände für kleine Kinder im Umkreis zu finden waren. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft und die Vermieterin nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Wonderful House!

Our family of three had a lovely two weeks at the house in San Pietro. The house is clean and spacious, with nicely equipped kitchen and lovely balconies and outdoor spaces too with beautiful mountain views. There is a nice supermarket you can walk to in San Pietro, a pharmacy, a bakery and pastry shop too. It's a great location for accessing all of the beaches nearby including the amazing ones in Chia. Sorpresa positiva - positve Überraschung

Ci siamo trovati nella zona a Gennaio, non era facile trovare qualcosa di aperta. Abbiamo optato per questa casa per il prezzo contenuto e la posizione centrale tra Cagliari e le spiaggia di Santa Margherita. Era la scelta perfetta: Il sud della Sardegna è bellissimo e da Villa San Pietro in macchina si arriva velocemente ovunque. Siamo rimasti sorprese dello charme del piccolo paese di Villa San Pietro. A piedi si arriva nel centro con una chiesetta antica, un supermercato piccolo, diverse botteghe e il mercato settimanale. Ristoranti si trovano a Pula a cinque minuti in macchina, ci sono diversi agriturismi nella zona. La proprietaria ci ha offerto di prepararci una cena tipica a casa e il servizio panini, ma non l'abbiamo provato (forse la prossima volta). Perfetto anche la pulizia e l'arredamento accogliente della casa, in estate deve essere bellissimo mangiare nel piccolo giardino. La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla con una bella vista sulla campagna su un lato. Consigliamo la casa a chi non ha bisogno di essere direttamente sul mare, ma è disposta a fare qualche minuto in macchina per arrivarci. In compensa la sera si torna in una casa tranquilla in un paese autentico. Wir waren im Januar in der Gegend und es war nicht leicht, etwas offenes zu finden. Wir haben uns für dieses Haus entschieden, weil es zwischen Cagliari und den schönen Sandstränden von Santa Margeherita liegt und außerdem nicht so teuer war. Es war perfekt: der Süden Sardiniens ist wunderschön und mit dem Auto kommt man von Villa San Pietro überall schnell hin. Auch der Charme des kleinen Dorfes Villa San Pietro hat uns begeistert. Vom Haus kann man in 3 Minuten in das Zentrum gehen, wo es einen kleinen Supermarkt, ein paar Geschäfte, und eine alte Kirche gibt. Auch der wöchentliche Markt findet hier statt, wo man toll Obst und Gemüse und frischen Fisch kaufen kann. Im nächsten Ort, Pula, gibt es vielen nette Restaurants. Die Besitzerin hat uns auch angeboten, ein typisch sardisches Abendessen für uns vorzubereiten und uns morgens frische Brötchen zu bringen, das haben wir aber nicht probiert. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Im Sommer muß es schön sein, draußen in dem kleinen Garten zu essen. Das Haus liegt ruhig mit Blick aufs Land. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die auch das Auto nehmen wollen, um zum Strand zu fahren. Abends kehrt man dann in ein ruhiges Haus in einem authentischen Ort zurück.
