Luxury Condo at the Arch in the heart of Historic Nye Beach

“Nye Beach Arch Place” is a beautiful, well- equipped condominium with simple yet tasteful design and furnishings - a breath of fresh air! The living space provides a contemporary open kitchen, dining, and living room on the upper floor to maximize the ocean view. The lower floor has two bedrooms, one with an ocean view, and two baths (with another half bath upstairs). A great place for couples, small families, or groups of 6 or fewer, looking for a memorable place for a special occasion or just to treat yourself. A few steps down Beach Drive to the beach, with terrific restaurants, shopping, and art galleries at your doorstep.

The vaulted living space upstairs has a gas fireplace and a 47” flat-screen high definition smart TV. The luxury kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances and granite countertops, including an island with a counter height bar, plus large dining table. A door off the living room leads to the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the ocean view.

The two bedrooms are located downstairs, along with two bathrooms and full laundering facilities. The master bedroom has a king bed, armoire with high definition smart TV, an attached bathroom with two-sink granite countertop, and tiled shower enclosure and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom with granite countertop, and tile and glass shower enclosure.

You can’t beat this location in Nye Beach – it is truly at the heart of Nye Beach, right next to the arched entry to Beach Drive, with lots of wonderful eateries, shopping, and activities at your doorstep. Park your car, and enjoy your stay! Some of the places you may enjoy include:
- The BEACH!! Walk barefoot in the sand, or watch a sunset from the benches above.
- Peruse books at Nye Beach Book House, try a bowl of chowder at The Chowder Bowl (my favorite chowder place!), share one of Café Stephanie’s famous chocolate chip cookies, and find a bottle of wine to bring back for a cozy evening in front of the fire.
- Newport Performing Arts Center
- Visual Arts Center and galleries
- Bay Front, and Yaquina Bay Lighthouse and State Park (5 minute drive or take the free shuttle in the summer)
- Oregon Coast Aquarium (10 minutes south)
- Hatfield Marine Science Center (10 minutes south)

Great Spot

We had a wonderful trip to the Newport Area and this location was top notch. You could park your car and never need it until you left. Many cool shops and restaurants are within steps of the front door and the beach is just a short walk away. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and layout of the condo as well as our view from the deck. Our host was vey responsive and we would love to stay there again if we are ever in the area.

Great property

My only complaint was with VRBO. I couldn’t find the property so I decided to try and contact somebody. VRBO wanted me to go thru their website, I had to have a code and by the time I got the code, I lost where I was supposed to put the code. It was hard to do with a phone!! I never did accomplish this feat. However when you request a review, bingo, VRBO makes it easy. Not all of us are 20 year old techies!!! Make it easier for us SR’s please!!! Might not use VRBO again……

Amazing condo

We loved this condo. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach. Loved the furnishings with the pictures of Newport from the past. The bead board everywhere was beautiful. The only downside was that the mattress was a bit firmer than we like.

Wonderful condo in Nye Beach

Couldn't find a more centrally located, or convenient place to stay. However, if anyone has issues climbing allot of stairs for anything in the kitchen, not for you. Kept us in shape!

Short stay in NYE Beach

We had just one night in NYE Beach but really enjoyed staying here. The place is well equipped and comfortable, and a very short walk to the beach and the centre of the town. Only problem we had, and it was just a small thing is that it would have been helpful for the consumables to have been topped up before we arrived. With such a short stay, we had to go out and buy coffee and didn’t have time, but needed to get dishwasher tabs and shower gel.

Fabulous condo and location!!

This condo was so perfect for us, clean, well stocked, and it’s location cannot be beat!! Check-in was seamless. Beds were comfortable too. Great location to explore the coast north and south! Morning walks on the beach just steps away and sunsets were highlights! The little bakery around the corner had fabulous baked goods, scones, breakfast muffins, coffee, etc! We would totally return to this place!

Week at Nye Beach

Very nice condo, kitchen is well equipped for an extended (more than a weekend) stay. Beds are comfortable, condo is clean and in good shape. Owner Marla was easy to contact and helpful. Great location, fee steps from beach, restaurants and shops. Convenient parking.

Relaxing Getaway

The place was beautiful and clean. It gave us room to spread out and relax. The restaurants were just steps away as well as the beach. Great place - everything we wanted!

Worked remotely for the week and the accommodations were wonderful. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable place to stay! Communication with owner was excellent. Location is fabulous with beach, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. As others have mentioned the road is just below the primary bedroom so there is some road noise but it did not bother us significantly. We get up early though. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay here again sometime!

Perfect Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nye Beach and the condo was perfect for a few days on the coast. The condo is in a great location close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed Nana's Irish Pub across the street and the Host was very helpful and recommended The Chowder Bowl. The condo was very comfortable and decorated in a coastal theme. Each room has it's own heater which was nice. The master bedroom was cozy but did have some street noise at night. There are magazines, visitor guides and menus which we enjoyed looking through. Looking forward to coming back in the summer where we can enjoy watching the waves from the little balcony. Thank you for a great stay!

We can't thank Marta enough for being so responsive. I forgot my paperwork that contained the combination for entry so I sent an email with my cell number just before arrival. She sent a text with the needed information immediately. The Condo was well decorated and the kitchen extremely well furnished for a rental. Close to the beach and well located. Can't wait to return.
