Needs met for a weekend away

Overall nice place. Liked the beach theme throughout from artwork on walls to the soap in the bathrooms. Garage space was able to fit our minivan. Met our needs for a weekend at the beach.

Great property - exactly as pictures show!

We had a great time! Property was true to representation. Everything was easy and convenient. Management was responsive and timly. Highly recommend, will definitely be back!

Too Many issues

First off, there were ants in the upstairs hall bathroom and also in the master bathroom. Closets in the two bedrooms upstairs were broken. One of the balcony chairs was ripped, only one person could sit outside with their beverage. The Keurig was not working. Yes, the host was informed after a complaint regarding the ants, no comment. Would not recommend this rental.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is lovely; clean and beautiful, pictures are accurate, kitchen is well stocked, everything works. 3 stories of stairs, so not for anyone who can’t climb stairs. 2 half baths and 2 full baths and laundry on 3rd floor with the bedrooms. Beds are comfortable, master bathroom is gorgeous, heating/cooling works and neighbors are quiet. Trash was convenient. Close to the beach, convenient for all of San Diego if you have a car. Only caution is dining room chair legs need to be tightened. Easily fixed, we just didn’t use them.

Great Stay, but…

Property was as shown in listing and the location was just what we were looking for, however it was the little things. None of the remotes worked with the TV’s, nor the ceiling fan remote in master. Small number of dishes for a family of 6. And then there is the HOA. You can’t, you can’t, you can’t. The garage is not very tall, large SUV’s like are will not fit, forcing us to park a 1/4 mile away from the condo. All the while there are tons of empty spaces that say Permit Guest Only. And when we were unloading the first night, the “Parking Attendant” stopped by to let us know that we couldn’t park there without a permit. And no, renting the condo does not count as a permit. Nor will the owners/HOA give you a code needed to buy a temp permit. So every time to the car, back and forth we walked. We made the best of it, but wish I would have known ahead of time.

Spacious for Family

We enjoyed our stay in Imperial. We rented this property because we were attending a conference at Loews Coronado and Wanted more spacious accommodations for our family which included 4 children. The main living area was great for our group and that is where we spent most of our time. Loved the washer and dryer. Spices and plenty of cookware were much appreciated. The only thing was no beach towels - but they did have sand toys! It worked well for us

Nice Townhome on the very North End of Imperial Beach

The townhome was perfect for our family of four with two teenage boys. They could each have their own bedroom which minimized the friction. The place was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay.
