Worn out and neglected

Check in was disrupted by only one key with parking garage access was available. We had confirmed we had two vehicles prior to booking. It took three days to receive the second key and I was held ransom and charged $250 to receive the second key. Not a deposit like the first key. A hidden charge. This was for a three stay in a corporate suite. Wifi failed with no follow up for last six days of our stay and we had to leave early. You should kicked them out of VRBO as substandard.

Small Details Matter

Property was great and very convenient to other family nearby. But a little attention to details would given them a 5 star rating. Burned out lightbulb in master bath and missing TV remote in bedroom was agrivating. Getting all details finalized before arrival could be better as I have never had those issues before.
