Quinta dos Sonhos is situated in the heart of the Algarve, 45 minutes from Faro airport and about a kilometre from some of Europe's most spectacular beaches. It is set in 4 acres of stunning landscaped gardens surrounded by ancient olive trees and an abundance of fruit trees, the Farm of Dreams is truly one of the most desired properties in the region.


This property is perfect as an exclusive family holiday retreat, being ideally located between the quaint fishing villages of Benagil and Carvoeiro. Many of the finest golf courses in Europe are in close proximity.


From the moment you drive through the entrance of this magnificent gated property you are greeted by the waft of lavender bushes and lemon trees. A fountain leads you to the grand doorway which opens onto a spacious reception area. The dining area, complete with typical Algarvean tiled mural, is the perfect place for hosting dinner parties and the terrace leading off here is ideal for an alfresco sunset gin and tonic.


The fully equipped country style kitchen leads onto a dining terrace overlooking the 15 metre floodlit pool and fruit orchard. The kitchen comes with electric oven, microwave, induction hob and all relevant cookware, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. On the level below, there is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a spare fridge freezer. There are two separate TV/chill out areas both with large screen TVs with satellite/ cable channels and Wi fi.


This 750m2 property has 5 bedrooms including: Master bedroom with king sized bed upstairs with private terrace and panoramic views of the sea and lighthouse. The grand marble en suite bathroom comes with luxury walk in shower, bath and double wash basins. There is also a separate dressing room. Downstairs sleeps another nine guests: there are 2 x double rooms (one of which has an additional single bed), two twin rooms each with en suite and doors leading onto their own terrace. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and tastefully decorated with Portuguese charm and elegant furnishings. The 15m x 7.5m infinity pool (perfect for those who are serious swimmers) has a separate shallow pool for children attached and is one of the highlights of this amazing property. There are numerous sun loungers and a stunning outdoor tiled shower area. On the pool level there is also another large Weber gas barbecue.


A pathway leads through the terraced gardens and meanders through the olive grove and almond trees which is perfect for an afternoon stroll. There is even a football pitch with goalposts and tracks for riding bikes so kids will never be bored here either. Alternatively, there is a large trampoline which is fantastic fun, and perfect for all ages!


The spacious property is perfect for those who love socialising but at the same time offers privacy and seclusion. So many peaceful nooks, terraces and shady spots makes this the ideal place to relax, read, sunbathe, swim, rest and simply enjoy the beauty of being surrounded by nature.

This property is dedicated for family holidays, and bookings would not be accepted for party groups such as stag or hen parties, or guests under 30 years old.

 

WEDDINGS AND CELEBRATIONS AT QUINTA DOS SONHOS:

There is an event surcharge of £2,000 for any form of event or celebration. The Refundable Security Deposit would be increased to £2,000 in these cases. The maximum guest allowance would be 50 people, including the guests staying at the villa (and includes children over 2yrs old). Should you be holding more than one event during your stay, then the event charge will be multiplied accordingly. 


No event/ celebration/ gathering can be held at any of our properties without prior consent. Fireworks are not permitted and all music must finish at midnight. There must be always be a recognised wedding/ celebration event planner in attendance on the day. 


Given that this property is mainly used for events, a Non-Refundable Deposit of 25% of the total booking value will be required on all bookings. Excluding, obviously, the portion of the Refundable Security Deposit.
