Charming and quiet house with heated pool!

Very pleasant house that can accommodate 8 people.
The house is not suitable for children under 8 years of age. I am sorry for that.
4 bedrooms with their shower room, WC, 2 of which are air conditioned upstairs.

Very nice kitchen, well equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher.
Washing machine and dryer corner.
Beautiful garden with its heated swimming pool (8 mX6 m), deckchairs, garden table and barbecue.
Beautiful olive tree where you can rest at the foot.

Superbes maison et accueil!
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette maison meublée avec goût et très confortable. Nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse. La piscine et le jardin sont également très agréables et permettent de se reposer dans un calme absolu. De plus le centre de Bordeaux n’est qu’à une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Nous recommandons fortement la maison et ses hôtes. Vous ne pourrez qu’etre enchanté(es)!

Une maison où tout se passe très bien !
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison originale, spacieuse, pratique, très propre et pourvue d'équipements de très bonne qualité (piscine, literie, cuisine, barbecue, salles de bain, etc…). Les propriétaires sont charmants et ont pris régulièrement des nouvelles de notre séjour. La maison est aussi régulièrement entretenue par un couple très gentil (merci à Jeanne, à son mari ainsi qu'à Jennifer pour son accueil). Un séjour vraiment sympa, dans une maison atypique proche du centre de Bordeaux et des petits commerces, tout en étant au calme. Adresse et contacts à conserver pour des séjours prochains dans la région. Merci !

The perfect house!
We had three couples staying there for a week and had the time of our lives. The kitchen is perfect for large group dinners, along with the outside bar-b-q. It is within walking distance of food, bread and wine shops, as well as the river and center city. The hosts are magnificent. A beautiful home with large bedrooms, a nice air flow, and a fantastic swimming pool! Highly recommended!

Une excellente adresse
Quel Bonheur ! Nous avons passé plusieurs jours en couple dans cette merveilleuse maison. Je vous la recommande. On se sent comme chez soi, peut-être encore mieux ! Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires Benoit et Yolande. Ils vous donnent de très bons conseils pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible ( visites de la ville, dégustation de vin, restaurants selon vos goûts ...). Le jardin est beau et bien protégé. La piscine n'était pas encore d'actualité ( normal pour la saison ) Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !!!

Maison Attachante
L'arrivée devant cette maison est surprenante. On n'imagine pas un seul instant de trouver un espace intérieur si vaste. Oh, quelle belle surprise ! Les propriétaires sont fort agréables, charmants. Ils se mettent en 4 pour nous rendre notre séjour agréable et pour nous donner tous les tuyaux. Du Bordeaux nous attendait dans la belle cuisine pour nous mettre tout de suite dans le bain. Tout est bien aménagé , avec goût( de beaux matériaux ). Il ne manque de rien. Le jardin est bien clôturé et on s'y sent bien. La piscine est chauffée, ce qui n'est pas désagréable .. Si nous pouvons soumettre un avis : les familles avec de petits enfants ( -de 6ans ) n'est pas recommandable. Allez-y les yeux fermés dans cette maison !!!
