This 3rd floor unit is decorated beautifully and will accommodate your family of 8 comfortably with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 King in bedroom 2, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, & 2 extra long Twins in bedroom 4. All mattresses were replaced early 2023!!!

This spacious, oceanfront corner unit offers new flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 flat screen cable televisions, 1 DVD, the master bath has a shower and separate jacuzzi tub, and a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

2024 Summer Vacation, Myrtle Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Nice place but need upgrade and replacement of kitchen utensils and pots & pans. Washer has an Err a lot which causes your load to start over.2. Hallways of building is horribly dirty. Big turn off for me.3. Cement block of handicap parking space came a loose and was stuck under my car causing damage to the front end of my car.

Reviewer Comments: We first ended up at the WRONG condo with our Keys WORKING that door only to find out we had to move that it was the wrong condo and doors were left unlocked. When Building Manager came down we went to the Condo where she said we were supposed to be and NONE of our keys worked there. We spent over 2 hours trying to get into our condo. They kinda laughed it off but, we were exhausted and needed in our room. Especially with 2 small children and after traveling 9 hours.

A few issues

The other bedrooms except for the master bedroom need darkening curtains. We had a leak with master bedrooms bath tub. The leak was where the faucet connects to the tub. I called and left 2 messages but no one came to fix it. I left a note and took pictures. Also needs a bigger pool. All in all it is a very nice condo.

Relaxing stay

Great location, less-crowded beach than we are used to. Quick elevators, friendly tenants, attentive property manager. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, could use a deep clean (not horribly dirty but just some touch up under beds, closets, drains) but overall a great rental. Would rent again.

The condo was clean, bright, and nicely appointed with comfy furniture and decorations. The only thing our group wished (all over 60 years old) was that there was a clock (digital or otherwise) in the bedrooms.

Beautiful place!

We truly enjoyed this condo. For the five of us, it was very spacious. The decor was bright and inviting. The view of the beach was perfect and relaxing. There may be a repeat vacation in the future. We would recommend mattress toppers on all the beds. And eight or ten inch frying pans. Loved our stay!!

Spring Break

We had a lovely time here for spring break visiting family. The unit was spacious. It does as others mentioned needs a good deep cleaning of everything. We enjoyed our time waking up to beautiful sunrises and looking at the ocean. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. There was plenty to do and close to everything. Overall, we had an enjoyable time.

Beautiful Unit

Beautiful unit and decorated perfectly. Outstanding view and great location. Check in was simple and unit parking was very convenient. Unit does need a good cleaning - and we had trouble with 2 of the 5 TVs not working. We placed a service call when we arrived but as far as we know - no technician arrived (our stay was Thurs - Sun). Locks on sliding glass door need repair as well.

Birthday Celebration Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start off by saying that North Beach Realty was very easy to work with - very accommodating before, during and after our stay. When we arrived before lunch they let us check right in since no one was in the condo before us. Unfortunately there were some issues with the condo - the garbage disposal smelled horrible and even after maintenance came by to “fix” it - we had to leave it capped and not use that side of the double sink during our stay. The condo was not clean - the floors were filthy, cobwebs on the lighting above the table, hair in the drawers and the kitchen did not appear to have been wiped down at all. NBR did give us 1/2 our cleaning fee back however and that pleased us. The condo is in a perfect location for the things we were in town to enjoy - Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Cruise in Little River and Christmas shopping. The view from the balcony is wonderful and we did get several long walks on the beach during our stay.
