2 Double Bed Mini Efficiency Bedroom with 2 Burner Mini Stove Top, Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach front is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Short and sweet trip

My family of 4 and dog stayed here for the weekend. We enjoyed the room, view and parking was great. Easy access to the beach. Will stay again!
