Welcome to luxurious "Villa on the Black Sea-Bulgaria". The villa is part of “Bay View Villas- Luxury Apartments & Villas”. It is located on the hillside above Sunny Beach and it is situated 2.9 km inland from the Sea. It is newly build large detached two- story villa.
We offer for rent first/ground floor with a separate entrance. Up to four people can sleep comfortable in the the ground floor apartment.
Fully fitted integrated kitchen has all essential appliances and equipment to make you feel "Home away from home".
Dining room is equipped with a table for six people.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed with an en-suite facility (shower). Second bedroom has twin beds with en-suite facility (bath tub). Living room is spacious and can accommodate one extra person to sleep. There is an additional W/C with toilet and basin.
The villa is furnished with luxury furniture made from solid oak.
It aims to provide guests with a unique experience in luxury and relaxation. This area combines quiet seclusion of the Balkan Mountain and Black Sea and it is famous with its fresh air.

We take pride in our villa and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly and with the help of our customer care manager from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Villa on the Black Sea is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
