Comfortable home in a great little town

My husband and I and our little dogs had an awesome stay in Marysvale, UT. The location was conveniently on the ATV trail and a store for groceries and gas was just down the road. Pizza place in town was also very good! We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the house and the atv trails are the best in the country. House was very clean & comfortable with everything you could think of needing on your stay. Thanks Don for your hospitality, we would love to return in the future!

Wonderful getaway

A great place to stay

We just back from a trip to Marysvale. The house is roomy and clean. We had plenty of room to spread out. It is right on the Paiute Trail and we were able to store our ATV and Bike in the garage. The “S’mores Kit” was an added bonus. We will stay there again.

Spacious Family House

Very spacious home with everything you will need including laundry room & use of garage! Property manager right next door & willing to help with any issues & needed information.. definitely looking forward to visiting again

Great house and location for trail access

The house was perfect for our group. The host had everything ready and was just a phone call or text away. Lots of parking for Multiple trucks and utility trailers plus a 2 car garage. Will definitely rent here again.

Trail King is the perfect name!

We had a fabulous time! House is way better than pictures show, very spacious and roomy. Location is perfect for jumping directly onto the trails for riding from the house. The garage was awesome to park all our ATVs and dirt bikes in. Don is a very friendly, accommodating and considerate host. Home had everything needed to be very comfortable. Top notch experience! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Helped in a pinch

Don was amazing at helping us in a pinch. We had troubles with our original booking and Don saved the trip. He was easy to work with and very accommodating. The house was perfect for our group with space to enjoy time together as a family.

Excellent Stay

My wife and myself brought our toyhauler up, but wanted a place for my mom, brother(wife and five kids), friends, and our own adult kids (5 total) to be able to hang out in a central location. This was perfect. It had everything we needed and Don was just a holler away, if we needed anything. The rooms are large and perfect for a large group or just the two of us in between our groups coming and going. The location was perfect for trail riding with our toys, nature walks with the little kids, convenience store and pizza right down the street. The fire pit was great as my wife loves to sit by a fire at night. The lawn was perfect to set up our corn hole boards. The ping pong table in the garage was fun. We stayed for nine days, and everything we needed was right there at the house to make it a great stay.

Marysvale UTV Trip

House is centrally located and OHV trails are right out your backdoor. Large, clean, and well stocked, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Don, the owner checked with us every day to make sure everything was okay. We plan to return next year.

Great Family Vacation Home

This property was an amazing fit for our family of 13 adults with enough beds and space to be comfortable and enjoy our time together. It was nice to have all the accommodations for our dogs and to be right off the trails for easy access. Parking was also plentiful and easy for trucks and trailers. We look forward to staying again.

Best location for UTV group ride

Don was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and lots of room. Loved the location right at the head of several major UTV riding trails.

Perfect place to explore the trails!

Great little spot to get out and explore the trails. The home was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Access to the trails is literally out the back door. The private garage housed the dirt bikes nicely. Outdoor patio for BBQ and nighttime fires. Don was a good source of local knowledge and very accommodating. We had a great time, would definitely come back!
