Holidays in this luxurious villa for up to 6 people, ideal to stay with family or friends.
It is located just outside the town of Sa Pobla, away from traffic, noise, neighbors ... and just 10 min. Bay of Alcudia.
The villa has two floors, the first is the fully equipped kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and laundry. On the second floor is the romantic master suite with a balcony where you look out and a private bathroom.
The house is surrounded by a large garden, where there is a swing for the kids, a gazebo, a stunning pool with sun loungers or relax.

Beautiful well appointed villa
We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful villa just a 12 minute walk from the cute town of Sa Pobla. Everything was as described and all very minor problems were dealt with promptly by our very gracious hosts. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, the pool was glorious and my only issue would be the bbq was slightly small for the size of the villa. There are a few animals such as a donkey, geese and a sheep that stayed in an area of the grounds which my son loved!! All areas expect the kitchen and bathrooms had air con which was a god send. The house was well equipped although there was no welcome pack with the basics which would have been appreciated especially arriving late the host did offer to pick us up some basics. Overall this is a stunning villa with the best outdoor space for anyone looking to stay in the more authentic areas of Majorca.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze villa. De villa zag er prachtig uit en lag prima gelegen. Het zwembad was heerlijk. De ezel, het schaap en de ganzen waren gezellige buren. Er waren daar alleen wel veel muggen. De supermarkten erg dichtbij en op redelijke rijafstand van diverse leuke stranden. Het contact met Marilen was goed bereikbaar. De vaatwasser deed het niet en dat werd snel opgelost.

Villa molto spaziosa, accogliente e ben curata e pulita. Bello il prato dietro la casa! La piscina è molto grande bella ,la sera, complice il vento un po sporca ma comunque molto suggestiva quando al tramonto si accendono le luci.

Une superbe expérience...
Nous avons adoré la maison qui correspond aux photos. Idéale pour un séjour en famille avec enfants grâce à une super piscine et un jardin permettant aux enfants de jouer librement. Situé au milieu des champs, maison hyper calme, assez proche de villages aux alentours. Propriétaires disponibles et très chaleureux. Arrivée autonome grâce à une boite à clé.

Groot huis met heerlijk zwembad. Contact met eigenaar was prima. Wel auto nodig, geen restaurantjes op loopafstand. Ezel en schaap als buren, echt platteland, veel vliegen. Prima bedden. Foto’s van terras rondom zwembad zijn een beetje oud. Geen grote bbq en geen mooi wit doek meer.maar zou zeker terugkomen heerlijke plek!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit
Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos und der Pool ist in manchen Hotels nicht größer. Wirklich toll. Auch unsere Nachbarn (Esel, Schaf, 4 Gänse, ein Pfauenpaar, welches auch noch Küken bekommen hat als wir da waren) fanden wir auch wunderbar. Gehört haben wir die Tieren höchstens zur Fütterung bzw. den Pfau zwischendrin, was jedoch überhaupt nicht störend war. Die ruhige Lage des Anwesens war für uns richtig toll, da die Insel ja insgesamt auch im Mai/Juni schon recht voll ist und wir so immer unsere Ruheoase hatten. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir: Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern wären wirklich super, da durch die Tiere doch ein sehr hohes Mücken- und Fliegenaufkommen ist. So könnte man einfach besser lüften. Ansonsten hat es uns rundum sehr gut gefallen.

Very pleasant stay
We had a lovely time in the house. Although the weather was not good all the time, that wasn't a problem, because the house is very nice. It's decorated with love and care and there is a great living room where you can enjoy a day at home. Gaspar and Marilen are great hosts. When the bbq stopped working because we had no gas anymore, they immediately brought a new gas tank. They responded very fast at every question we had. So I can recommend this fantastic place to everyone!!

Amazing pool and property!
We loved Sa Pobla. The pool is huge and we had to tear the children away to go to the beach. The photos don't do it justice - it's very spacious both inside and out and was incredibly clean. It could do with a little more cooking equipment but we did end up using the BBQ - which was in itself a huge gas BBQ which we loved. The kids also loved the remote controlled gate and of course the geese and donkey! Very easy to access most parts of the island from here. Thanks for a great stay!

Wunderbare Finca im Osten Mallorcas
Großartige Finca in ländlicher Umgebung mit vielen Tieren. Fantastischer Pool. Leider störten nur unendlich viele Fliegen /Stechfliegen und ein lästiger Geruch von den Feldern. So war ein Essen draußen leider nicht möglich.

Tolle Finca ohne Lärm
Wer es etwas ruhiger mag und trotzdem nicht auf den Komfort eines tollen Pools verzichten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Was man aber beachten muss ist, Anti-Mücken-Spray ist Pflicht.

Schönes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Geräumiges Haus, gut eingerichtet. Die Küchenaussattung ist etwas spärlich was Kochutensilien angeht. Toller großer Pool. Das Haus ist leicht zu erreichen, der nächste Supermarkt ist 3 min. entfernt. Netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Es gab ein Problem mit dem Tor zum Grundstück, der Vermieter hat sich sehr schnell darum gekümmert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

es war ein gelungener Urlaub
Wir hatten eine schöne große Finca für vier Personen. Der Pool war sehr groß, sodaß man auch richtig schwimmen konnte ,das für mich sehr wichtig war. Es gab einen schönen angelegten Garten.Die Finca war abseits gelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Leider hatten wir mit den Vermietern durch Corona keinen direkten Kontakt. Aber telefonisch waren Sie erreichbar. Liebe Grüße an die Familie der Finca.

Family holiday
Terrific communication from the owner, easy to find and access the property. This is a lovely clean home from home. It has plenty of air conditioned rooms for us to be together as a family or apart when we wanted space. The property is really private and it was lovely to have the geese, chickens, sheep and quiet little donkey as neighbours. The outside area has a covered area to eat and a nice big pool. The gas fired bbq (or opinion if a traditional one) suited us well for dining al fresco. There are 2 supermarkets close by and a terrific restaurant within walking distance. There is good access to nearby cycling routes and it’s a short car journey to the beach. We had a lovely time and thank Marilen & Gaspar for their help.

Perfect House, perfect Hosts
The Finca is a great pick, very spacious, super clean, well equipped, surrounded by farmland, close to nice beaches, lots of animals, and last but not least- Marilen and Gaspar and their family were the most lovely hosts! We loved our stay and would like to come back! Thanks so much for making us feel at home on your island!

Ein richtig tolles Haus!
Das Haus ist super! Cooler Pool, BBQ, Aussentisch und Poolliegen. Die Zimmer haben alle A/C und waren sauber. Sie sind auch schön eingerichtet und bieten locker Platz für 6 Personen. Einzig die Küche ist zwar gross genug aber ein wenig spärlich eingerichtet. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Und die Gastgeberin ist super nett, hat Tipps auf Lager und auf alle Fragen eine Antwort! Vielen Dank Marilen! 😉

Rust en relax
Een heerlijk ruim huis voor 6 volwassenen. En dan het zwembad … super! Het huis staat in een rustige agrarische omgeving. In ca 15 minuten loop je naar het centrum van Sa Pobla. Het huis staat voor rust en relax :-)!

Enjoy your holidays in a quiet and amzaing villa, near to the best beaches from north Mallorca. You are able to relax, swimming...in a typical house from Mallorca in the middle of the countryside.
Outside the house there is a big terrace and a big garden around the villa with amzaing and a very big swimming pool. Where you can relax, read a fantastic book, suntbathe, make a delicious bbq...and your children can play, run, swing...in a very big garden. Next to the swimming pool there is a big room that consits on a kitchen, a big livingroom and a bathroom.
We will be ready to help you in everything that you need; tourist places, restaurants, beatiful sigths, markets.... making as much as possible the best holidays for you.

Why they chose this property

The land of the villa was a property of my grandfather.He worked in this landm he grew patatoes, onions... and he had cows too.But you don'y worry because nowadays there aren't any cows and unlucky the land isn't worked!
I grew in this land.I liked very much to go with the tractor with my grandfather, I liked to feed the animals...
I have beautiful memories of past time.It's for this reason that now the land is mine, because I love so much it!
Years ago, I built a fabolous house, Rafal Roig, for living with my little family, but the time is changching and now I offer my house to you for your holidays.
If you come to the villa Rafal Roig, you'll have unforgetable memories for all your life. I'm very sure.

What makes this property unique

Sa Pobla is a town well-know arround the island for it's fabulous gastronomy, for it's market that is celebrated on Sundays, for it's jazz festival during August and every Wednesday on the main square of the town, you can find typical "tapas" in each bar.

Sa Pobla is a town very active, every day in the square you can see the spirit of the town. In the afternoon and at nigth, people go to the square in some bars or restaurants where they can speak while they are eating and drinking. The children can play on the main square where there isn't traffic.
In Sa Pobla there are a lot of restaurants. When you arrive at the house you will see aguide with the restaurants, bars...recommended dishes, beatiful sigths....

The villa has little orchard, All the family enjoy a lot, you can see where cabbage, melon, watermelon, tomatoes, auberginie...grow. It's very beatiful for children!
