Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking and common area washer and dryer.. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added of $225 to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Great spot in the middle of Vail

The condo was very clean, stocked well, support staff was very good at answering any questions we had. The unit is right in the middle of Vail with easy access to the bus for going places within Vail. We would highly recommend this to anyone and if it is available in any future trips we will book it again

Overall we had a fantastic day, Lee and the management group were fantastic, responsive and a pleasure to work with for all aspects of our stay. The property was great and amenities solid. Location was killer as well. We look forward to heading back in the fall.

Nice location but furniture needs to be upgraded

Very nice location with a lot of amenities (community hot tub, heated pool, parking, laundry and very hospitality mgmt staff). Unit is somewhat small and the closet and storage space was very limiting as for some reason most of the closets are locked. Moreover, the unit could use some very minor and affordable TLC (i.e. - mini blinds need to be replaced, a few drawers are without knobs, the bathroom shower head should probably also be replaced, and the furniture and decor in general is very old). In summary, a great location with great amenities, a very pleasant yet small 2-bedroom unit that could be stellar with a little TLC.

Great Last Minute Find

Never mind the other reviews on this location. We are a family of 5 - 3 kids ranging from 8-17. Last minute booking in the heart of Vail. We walked everywhere and nothing was too far. Clean apartment with plenty of beds, well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary pots & utensils. Overall the property is immaculate and well-kept by the tenants. Everyone was so welcoming and the hot tub/pool area was perfect for our crew. Not a big inconvenience to us, there isn't a washer/dryer within the apartment so we had to use the community facilities located on the parking garage level. The machines are free to use - no quarters! Vail Realty was efficient in their communication and we will return to this great find, sometime this winter.

Not as pictured, needs maintenance, hard beds, great location

This place is not as pictured. Not included in the pictures are many, many personal items and photographs of the owner all over the place, including 3 large ram and boar heads mounted to the walls, dangling dead ducks, and loads more furniture than pictured. The patio has so much extra stuff on it you could not sit out there if you wanted to. The walls were also painted darker colors and made this ground floor unit seem much darker than the pictures showed. Several items needed maintenance, the dishwasher had a broken part laying loose on the floor and it didn’t clean, all items used in the kitchen had to be washed before use. The kitchen faucet was missing parts, several pictures had broken glass and the lock was broken on the patio slider. On the upside, no matter where you were standing there was always a tv… or 2 in your line of sight. The bathrooms were nice, and the master had a steam shower with 6 heads, 3 of them worked. The beds were extremely firm, unfortunately, we prefer softer beds, not much sleep for the 4-night stay. Check-In was a little rocky as the on-site manager was away when we arrived. The management company was available by phone and tried to be helpful, not much they could do about the décor issues. The location is the main redeeming feature, very convenient.
