Outdoor shower and sink all decorated with flowers. the terrace is ideal for romantic candlelit dinners.
The property is served by a private parking area. area easy to find, convenient for arriving by car or motorbike and well served by public transport.
Crossing an old door you enter the house inside, a unique and welcoming environment, with well-equipped kitchen and living room, pellet stove, LED TV, air conditioning, internet connection, everything is ready to pamper you and put you at ease. A charming terracotta floor brightens the room with its red color and other old objects decorate the house.
The furnishings of the 2 bathrooms are certainly unusual, one has a shower carved from a stone and the second a Louis XVI style tub with feet. Hairdryer, towels and bed linen are included.
The bathroom also has additional heating for the winter

We wanted to revive the old barn, obtaining a unique, intimate, warm, welcoming, romantic, simple but refined, ancient almost magical environment.
To achieve this, we wanted to use all ancient recycled materials that transmit the experience, the history. Wood, iron and stone have been combined, strong, resistant materials, with a soul that changes and changes according to the time and the hand of man. Every single stone or piece of wood has been carefully wanted and searched, it took 2 years of effort and passion, absolutely rewarded by the satisfaction of seeing a dream come true.
An ancient wood stove heated the house in the winter months, now replaced with a very practical and warm pellet stove.
