Un séjour parfait

La maison est très bien située, près des commerces et des plages, on peut tout faire à pieds. Maison parfaite pour 9 personnes avec un équipement complet. Pleins de choses pour les enfants et la famille (jeux, livres …), de l’épicerie dans la cuisine mis à disposition et du au cas où dans les salles de bain, c’est vraiment super agréable et confortable ! Communication fluide et très gentille avec l’hôte et la personne qui s’occupe de l’arrivée et du départ…

Maison chaleureuse à l'emplacement idéal.

Notre semaine de vacances s'est parfaitement déroulée dans cette maison en plein coeur du bourg de Rothéneuf. Nous avons choisi de séjourner dans cette maison pour sa localisation qui était pour nous idéale. La maison en elle-même est très agréable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La cour fermée est parfaite pour laisser jouer les enfants en toute sécurité. Le vis à vis n'est pas vraiment gênant (il l'est peut-être plus pour ceux de l'immeuble). Les seules pièces à améliorer seraient les salles de bain qui mériteraient un rafraichissement. Merci à Sara et son mari pour l'accueil et le départ qui se sont très bien déroulés. Et merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir permis de passer cette belle semaine de vacances où le beau temps était au rendez vous!! comme toujours à St Malo! ;-)

Location au centre d’un joli village, commerces, parking gratuit et plage du Val à pied. Location ambiance maison de famille spacieuse, simplicité, rien ne manque sauf des porte-manteaux et étendoir pour serviettes de toilette dans les salles de bain 7 adultes et 2 enfants

Séjour à Rothéneuf

Nous avons passé un super week-end de 5 jours entre amis (2 familles de 4 adultes et 5 enfants). Tout était parfait : l'accueil (merci à Sarah et son compagnon), le gite, l'emplacement, proche de St Malo Intra muros tout en étant au calme à Rotheneuf avec tous les commerces nécessaires (super boulangerie et merci au boucher pour ses conseils). Bref merci beaucoup nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Maison très agréable et idéalement située

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille, la maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Commerces et plage à 2 pas. Une petite cour sympathique où nous avons pu profiter d'un soleil inespéré au mois de février. Attention, les escaliers ne sont pas faciles pour les plus petits, rien d'insurmontable mais il vaut mieux bien les avoir à l'oeil! Merci beaucoup pour nous avoir fait profiter de votre logement, nous reviendrons avec plaisir quand l'occasion se présentera.

A recommander !

La location correspond vraiment à la description qui en est faite. La seule petite chose qui m'a interpellé, est l'absence d'armoires de rangement pour les vêtements. La maison est à proximité immédiate des commerces et de la plage, que demander de plus ? Nous avons eu de très bons échanges avec la propriétaire et avec Julien. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Petite localité de Saint-Malo proche de la plage du val

Maison ancienne dans un bon confort moderne et bien isolé phoniquement à l'intérieur Possibilité de garer au moins 3 voitures dans la cour Pas de jardin mais une cour en ciment assez bruyante et avec des vis-à-vis des maisons voisines Plage du val à 400 m facile d'accès Commerces essentiels à proximité immédiate

tolle Lage

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum, nah zu den schönen Läden und nur 5 Minuten zum traumhaften Strand. Abends nur ein paar Schritte zu den empfehlenswerten Restaurants, "La table de Louise" und die Crêperie. Das Haus ist im Allgemeinen gut ausgestattet, aber leider wird nicht erwähnt, dass man für Bettwäsche und Handtücher noch extra zahlen muss. Gut ist auch, dass man im Hof parken kann. Wir können es für eine große Familie empfehlen.
