Large Provencal villa located in a quiet residential area in the bay of Cannes, close to all commerce and many tourist activities. On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, an equipped kitchen (facing the swimming pool), a living room. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with wood stove, a large loggia. All renovated, with all the necessary comfort, high-end equipment, careful decoration, air conditioning in all rooms. Outside: a tree-lined garden, a very large heated swimming pool (12x6.6m), a large terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs, private parking for 2/3 places. Wifi and cleaning included at the end of the stay. Classified furnished with 5-star tourism.

A taste of Cote D'Azur
Lovely property very conveniently located with the supermarket just outside. Convenient to get to train station and Cannes. Lovely garden and pool (shame it wasn't heated though) and great accomodation internally.

Very nice stay
Well located close to the coast and the sights of the region. Huge supermarket is in very close walking distance. The house is fully equipped. The kids loved the pool.

Lovely property in a great location
We had a lovely time in Mandelieu-la-Napoule. The property is beautiful although the space only occupies the ground floor, upstairs is private but was empty when we were there. It had everything you could need and the pool was perfect, bigger than expected.

Beautiful villa in a very private location
The Villa is beautiful with a fantastic pool and very private garden. The villa has everything you need for your holiday and the owner has thought of everything. The location is great for the supermarket- literally a one minute walk. The train station is only a 20 minute walk which is next to the beach. All in all a great villa to stay in. The only thing I would add is bring your insect spray! At this time of year there were a lot around!

Beautiful House with stunning pool and garden
We spent one week with our teenage daughters (13 and 17 years old) in this awesome house in Mandelieu-la-Napoule. The house is in a very fine condition, obviously new or completely renovated a short time ago. We felt welcome from the very first day. The rooms, furnishing and the pool with the outside area are fantastic. We spent a lot of time just hanging around at the pool, reading, swimming and having a bottle of wine in the evening 😊 We also went out several times for dinner to the restaurants at the ocean nearby- we didn‘t need a car therefore. We had a problem due to a flat tire at our arrival, and Christine was so gentle to let us into the house, even though it was close to midnight. Thank‘s again a lot for the support. We have no complains at all, it was a brilliant week…. We were really sad, when we had to leave. A+++!!

Super vacances
Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos trois petits-enfants dans cette magnifique villa. La maison est très confortable, un mobilier stylé, des accessoires de qualité, un bel espace bien entretenu où nos petits-enfants ont passé beaucoup de temps. Une excellente piscine, et malgré le fait que l'eau était encore fraîche en avril, nos courageux petits-enfants ont nagé. Nous avons tout aimé et nous le recommandons vivement à tout le monde.

Nous avons été très surpris et enthousiasmés par la propriété et la grande villa. L'annonce n'avait pas fait trop de promesses. La taille et l'aménagement nous ont beaucoup plu ! Tout est aménagé avec beaucoup de style. Malheureusement, la piscine était déjà un peu trop froide. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'îlot de cuisine. Conclusion : une très belle villa avec un grand jardin. Tout s'accorde très bien. Il fait bon vivre ici... Nous pouvons recommander la villa à 100%. Un grand merci à Monsieur Gottsmann. Wunderschöne Villa mit einem paradiesisch angelegten Garten, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Es fehlt an nichts! Das Einchecken ist problemlos verlaufen. Bei Problemen bekommt man prompte Hilfe. Nur zu empfehlen!

- well equipped and nicely decorated House - playground for boule in the garden - 2 minutes walk to a big shopping center and bakery - enjoyed beaches and swimming around a beautiful old castle in 20 min beautiful walking distance ( we had unusual 25 degrees end of october) - beautiful walking trail along the coastline west - Pool Not heated and too cold for the Kids, but well big enough for my daily swimming, hot outside shower
