This Mauna Lani villa has four bedrooms, including two master suites—one upstairs and one downstairs—along with two additional bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The downstairs master bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a large jacuzzi jet tub, and a walk-in shower. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony with stunning views of Mauna Kea volcano and partial ocean views.

The two additional downstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One is a spacious room with two queen beds, while the other has two twin beds. All bedrooms have a TV, except for the smaller room with twin beds. Upon request, the twin beds can be converted into a king with a twin-to-king converter set, and a Pack 'n Play and twin air mattress can also be made available.

The open-concept downstairs great room/living room, with vaulted ceilings, extends to a garden-view lanai furnished with a dining table for eight and a pair of chaise lounges, perfect for private sunbathing. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, an induction stovetop, an island wine cooler, and premium kitchenware.

For beach lovers, several renowned public beaches are just minutes away. Guests also have exclusive access to a private Mauna Lani beach club, accessible via keycard entry. The attached garage is stocked with beach and water gear, including a stand-up paddleboard and bikes available for guest use.

The private Ka Milo recreational area serves as the centerpiece of the island retreat, with two pools, two secluded jacuzzis, a full fitness center, and a 1,000+ sq. ft. covered lanai with a BBQ kitchen and sink. A spacious grass area allows for endless outdoor activities. The larger pool includes a designated shallow section, perfect for younger swimmers, and is conveniently located near the BBQ lanai. The serene, blue-tiled lap pool offers a quieter, more secluded experience adjacent to the fitness center.
