Convenient location

The property is very convenient to beach and area fun. The plus of this condo is being on first floor and not waiting on the very slow elevators. The down side is it only has 2 chairs at dining table and is one is glued together (it has 2 bar stools but not enough dining for 6 people). During our stay the theater was unavailable (unsure why) and a walking through to pool area from Tidewater lobby reeked of stopped up sewer.

Property had a great location, the elevators are very slow and not enough to accommodate all 30 floors. Our room was not very clean, hair in the showers and counter tops to very clean. Floors and paint need updating.

Nice Spot

We had a good stay for the most part. The sheets did not look to be fully clean, but the place itself was clean. The elevators are horrid which would probably deter me from this property again. Also, people drive like teenagers in the parking garage and no one is monitoring it. A truck launched itself up the ramp towards us as we are walking to the door with my kids. Nice place but not too nice with kids.

Lovely home and location

Loved having a prime view of the Ocean from our balcony, plus amazing views from the outdoor pools and hot tubs. Pristine beach and all the conveniences of home (kitchen, laundry, , etc). Great area to explore with a young family (or just to splash in the waves and the pool like we did). Enjoyed the kitschy ocean decor, comfortable bed, quiet location (off-season) and first floor convenient location to pools and amenities. We’d love to come back.

The rooms was NOT cleaned….the sheets were not changed… we had to buy stuff to wash the sheets. There was snot on the bunk beds…the door you have to slam with full force to shut. The picture was off the wall. Dust all over ceiling. Rug was not vacuumed. I have pictures and will be posting them on site i can leave a review. We know the sheets weren’t cleaned because 1 had ear buds still inside the other had black from dirt feet and the master had sand all in the bottom of the sheet. Gross

Not clean

Check-in was a hassle just because of the volume of guests coming and going. We thought we could go straight to the room because the listing said our parking pass/info would all be in the room and since I checked in online, I thought I could avoid the line. However, when we got there, an employee explained that we would not be able to get into room without formally checking in in- person. We had to wait about 20 minutes to check in at the hotel and didn’t even try to get a cart since we saw many other people waiting on them. Fortunately, we were only 1 flight from the crosswalk (parking) so we could avoid the elevators which we heard were overcrowded and long wait times. It was a hassle carrying all our luggage from the car in the parking deck all the way to the room. The sheets were not clean-we found out when laying down for the night and discovering sand in the sheets. The dryer made a terrible screeching sound when in use and was hard to fall asleep while on. I was a little surprised there were no extra blankets- Just one very thin blanket on each of the mattresses on the bunk beds and what was on the bed in the bedroom. We also found a tooth on one of the bathroom floors. We had a question about the dishwasher and had to call the number for the property manager and was called back swiftly. There is construction going on right in front of hotel which made driving/walking less enjoyable.

All RealJoy instructions were clear and in plenty of time to act . Condo was clean and great view and everything in working order . The staff including security and Waves personnel were all 5 star . Problem ( and this is highlighted in the reviews ) are the elevators ( would be my reason not to return here . Don’t want to spend 25% of your vacation waiting on elevators. We selected a condo on 1 st floor hoping to avoid that problem, but didn’t work om check in day … after hour+ wait for elevator to get from 2 to 1 ( waiting on elevator) I could not get an elevator back to 2 to return luggage cart . Security guard helped me work it out .. we were able to use stairs the rest of time . Check out day Security again came through and let us park in front of hotel and carry our luggage down the stairs ( again to avoid waiting on elevator) So, Again the condo , and staff were all 5 Star ⭐️, but elevators are a problem …

Property a little run down

This was a last minute booking so it was nice to be able to instantly book, they also let us in a little early. When we first arrived I noticed sand and stains on the couches, stains pet hair in the rug (even though this is a no pet unit) there was also a lot of build up as the until packs a deep cleaning. The bar stools were stained, the kitchen table was different than the photos and only had two chairs so it makes it difficult for a family. The WiFi in our u it didn’t work so we had to connect to another units WiFi. The tvs were blurry and you couldn’t make out any of the letters. The curtain hook to the balcony was taped to the wall 😂. It was a good location and we were offered a gift card for the inconvenience but when paying a lot of money for a nice you my expectations were higher. I pretty sure the holiday in would have been cleaner.

Nice location with a great view.

Location was great, great view. Did not have to deal with elevators! Comfortable bed. On site restaurant, The Waves, has good food if you didn’t want to venture out. Only complaint is that the bedroom is right next to outside entry hallway so you hear any traffic at night and the lights in the hallway light up the bedroom. We had to hang a dark sheet over window to keep room dark enough to sleep. Overall a nice stay and would consider staying again.

Great stay!

Enjoyed our time here in Tidewater 103. Checked in on a Sunday at 5:00 pm with no lines or issues. Lines for elevators were long, but we were only one flight of stairs down from registration (on 2nd level), so we hauled everything down ourselves. Condo was clean. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach! Would recommend black out drapes in master bedroom as the light from the hallway does shine through. After checking in, we went to Wal Mart near Pier Park. Lines there were very, very long and many empty shelves. Next time, we will shop at the Winn Dixie or Publix which are both close by. Sliding door is very hard to open; we enjoyed the beach from our patio/balcony every day. We would stay again!

Clean & equipped condo!

We spent a few days here and really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for the 5 of us that stayed there. It was nice also being on the 1st floor and not having to wait for the elevator. The only downfall was us not getting the information for the parking 24 hours in advance and the hotel “had” to charge us a $10 late fee fo fill out a form on their tablet. That seemed unfair and a bit ridiculous but we paid it and didn’t let it damper our stay. Communication with RealJoy was easy and fast as well.

Nice Condo,slow elevators

The condo itself was very nice and clean. We were very satisfied with the condo! The facility itself had a few disappointments. The elevators were extremely slow. We were lucky that we only had to go down one floor for loading and unloading. We ended up walking our things down the stairs instead of waiting on elevators. We walked the stairs the rest of the time. Check in and getting our things in our room took 1 1/2 hours due to everyone checking in at the same time, parking across the road and having to wait on elevators over on that side to get things down to 2nd floor. They need a new system so everyone isn’t doing that at the same time. We had a great time but unfortunately won’t stay here again for the time we spent wasted on checking in and out. Parking was a little difficult finding and having to wait on elevators across the road as well. But, the condo itself was what we expected and was very pleased with it!

The place was well equiped and nicely decorated.. being on the first floor was perfect with 3 children under 6 years old. My only complaint was the elevator. Don't expect to get an elevator quickly. Ever.

Granddaughter’s first beach trip

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo is very nice...could use a little updating. We love for streaming services at bedtime but the TV’s weren’t equipped. Blackout curtains in the bedroom would also be an improvement. Overall, we loved the condo!

Not as clean as ADVERTISED 😧

The condo was conveniently located within the complex. This was great since stairs were the quickest way because elevators are slow! The dryer was not working and it was handled promptly. HOWEVER, I rented this particular unit because of the advertised extra cleaning processing that is utilized. I think it was misrepresented and I paid for something I didn’t get. I got a cookie sheet out that was very obviously dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom. I communicated the rental agency handling the booking and nothing has been offered other than we are so sorry. Considering we are living amidst a pandemic and I paid above and beyond for cleaning services I feel more is due than just I am sorry. I will not rent this unit again nor from the company handling it.

Not the best!

The best thing about this condo is that it's on the first floor. Only one elevator is working in the parking garage and in the building. Very unfortunate for people staying on higher floors as the elevator wait time appeared to be long. We took the stairs every time. The bathrooms in this condo need to updated. I am not saying they weren't clean, but they looked gross. The unit is also not being maintained well. For example, the shower curtain is missing rings, two lights fixtures were missing their glass globes, the tv mount appears to be broken so the tv is crooked. They should also add black out curtains in the bedroom as the outdoor light shines in brightly. I would not stay at this condo again.

Perfect Condo

Let me just say this! If this property is available for out next vacation, we will definitely be staying here. The condo was super nice and the beach front view was fantastic. It was on the 1st floor so we were able to take the stairs which made it super convenient. The beach was packed and the line at the elevator was long. We just zipped right up the stairs in the lobby and was at our room. The condo was decorated perfectly and everything we needed was there. Its very close to pier park and grocery shopping was just a couple blocks away. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back to this one. In the past we have stayed all up and down the beach at PCB, but i must say this condo was our favorite so far. Five stars guys, thanks for the memories. We will be saving this property for the next time we are there.

Our Stay at Tidewater

The property was nice and the beach pristine. The cafe on the 1st floor provided delicious food when we did not want to venture out. Elevator issues were a nuisance at times, and because the bedroom was next to the hall, there were times when guests were noisy late at night. But overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
