Superb cozy studio fully equipped 5 minutes walk from the beach, the port and small shops. Ideally located, it allows you to leave the car on the private parking space provided and then fully enjoy the family vacation.

This studio, in a secure residence, includes:
- a main room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed (real mattress), a TV, WIFI and air conditioning
- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking)
- a small terrace with BBQ and table for 4 as well as a breathtaking view of the ponds and Montpellier with a magnificent sunset at the end of the day

Agréable

Une résidence idéalement située pour profiter des joies de la mer et accéder facilement aux axes routiers permettant de découvrir les magnifiques paysages de la région (grotte de Clamouse, bambouseraie d'Anduze...). A voir et à revoir...hors canicule.

Carnon plage vraiment à découvrir

Appartement très agréable et calme, possédant tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Proche de toutes les commodités. Propriétaire très avenant et toujours à l'écoute et prêt à rendre le séjour agréable. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Une fois mais pas deux !

La clim promise sur l annonce , en fait un ventilateur !. 3cm de givre dans le frigo donc pas de froid correct.un couchage désastreux qui fait la cuvette.le barbecue électrique alimenté par une rallonge en 1.5 d ou une prise brûlante et risque d incendie. Une multiprise dans la salle de bain a moins de 30 cm du filet d eau, dangereux.logement au 4eme avec un garde corps une vis sur 2 de chaque côté ?. La cafetière entartrée impossible de faire 2tasses a la fois et pour finir une bonne connexion wifi mais avec une box qui se coupe sans arrêt dés que l on connecte un pc. PS : la clim est dorénavant en option sur le site suite a notre mécontentement. La localisation et la vue sont top. Dommage !!

Super séjour!...

Le logement est super pratique et super bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut (lave linge, lave vaisselle, fours, barbecue, TV-Dvd, Radio cd, Wifi, etc.) et le plus, et qui est en fait indispensable si vous avez une voiture, c'est la place de parking privée au bas de l'immeuble…. De plus le propriétaire est super sympa, super accueillant et toujours à l'écoute et disponible durant tout le séjour.... Nous avons été ravis mon épouse les enfants et moi, et c'est sur que si nous revenons à Carnon c'est ce logement que nous choisirons en priorité....

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le logement est nickel .

L appartement possède tout le confort nécessaire on se croirait à la maison. Il est extrêmement bien situé et le voisinage est cool.L hôte est très sympa,souriant et disponible.Nous reviendrons s est sûr et certain.
